Pros:

Beautiful and historical
Nice area close to a lot of activity
Staff at reception and main hotel were very accommodating and helpful

Cons:

1. Cleaning was not complete. Glasses used by us left unwashed kept as it were etc
Cleaning seem to focus only on making the bed.
2. We used the rooftop bar 4 times but each time we went and wanted an empty seat close to the view they refused saying reserved. It was quite obvious they gave it to walk ins while we were still around
Further on the last night my daughter has been sitting in one and after a while they made her move out.
HOWEVER The staff at the restaurant one floor below were we had dinner once were marvellous and courteous

Pros:

L’accoglienza. Il’hotel è molto bello ed in una zona centrale da dove è facile muoversi per visitare la città. Il rooftop è molto elegante e ha una bellissima vista su Santa Sofia Moschea blu.

Great location for short break…
Pros:

Great location with a lot of history… loved the rooftop bar.

Cons:

Some of the facilities were a little dated, but I guess that’s what you get with a historical property. The top floor restaurant was closed both days we were there… this was disappointing and not sure why a restaurant would be closed on a weekend. We were looking forward to eating there.

Ausgezeichnete Lage gleich bei der Galata Brücke, sehr schöne Roof-Top Bar mit grossartiger Aussicht. Es ist ein Boutique Hotel mit viel Charakter im Gebäude einer ehemaligen Bank.

Cons:

Der (Filter-)Kaffee zum Frühstück war ungeniessbar und ein anderer Kaffee (z.B. Cappuccino) kostet extra; bei diesen Preisen nicht ok. Aufgrund der Lage muss man mit etwas Lärm am Morgen rechnen.

Wonderful place to stay & have easy access to the sights.
Pros:

The property is a wonderful old bank converted to a hotel. The building is filled with classical charm. The roof top bar has wonderful views of the city & is a relaxing place to gather. The staff was extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable of local things to do.

Cons:

wish there were more electrical outlets in the room

We had a lovely stay and would visit again.
Pros:

The hotel is very well located, close to the metro, tram and ferry and within walking distance of the Galata tower. The rooms are comfortable and decorated with lovely artworks and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel coffee could be better.

Great location and comfortable rooms
Pros:

Location is great. Some staff members were great, others could’ve tried harder.
Breakfast and Housekeeping staff were particularly good. Also, the lovely gentleman who delivered our nightly chocolates and the iron and ironing board.
Bed was particularly comfortable.

Cons:

Lack of interest from most of the front office staff.
Access to the roof top bar and restaurant - no priority given to residents, we were turned away and the staff wouldn’t even let us take a few photos.
Breakfast selection was poor.
WiFi kept dropping out and we had to sign in every time we came back to the hotel.
