Pros:

Everything about the hotel was fabulous. Beautiful, spacious, welcoming, central. We really enjoyed everything about it. The rooftop bar was also great.

Pros:

Immediate welcome and coffee. This is done without word, meant we felt taken care of without needing to ask. Everything was at our disposal. The spa centre was amazing. The support given when I got sick and needed extra assistance was phenomenal reactive but not intrusive. The Bank staff are to be commended at every level.

Also loved the decor. This is a gem of a boutique hotel. Like staying in an art gallery. Prestigious and practical.

Cons:

No toothbrush; but am sure had I asked they would have given it.

Pros:

Great hotel with amazing location and service!
Rooms were very spacious, perfectly clean and stylish, also had everything one might need eg slippers, bathrobe, coffee machine etc.
Location is great, plenty of nice restaurants nearby, walking to the old town takes about 30 min (or 10 min taxi), there is a luxury hammam on the same street.
The staff was great, very helpful, carried the suitcases to the room and there were plenty of small hospitality touches like complimentary chocolate sweets.
There is a rooftop bar with a beautiful view and nice menu. The restaurant in the hotel was also good.
Overall, great experience - would definitely come back and recommend for stay!

Cons:

The only thing that could be improved is the gym - there is everything one might need for a short stay, but the room itself is quite small. I was alone there, but would be hard to do weights training if there would have been more than 1 person in the room.
