Great location and comfortable rooms
Pros:

Location is great. Some staff members were great, others could’ve tried harder.
Breakfast and Housekeeping staff were particularly good. Also, the lovely gentleman who delivered our nightly chocolates and the iron and ironing board.
Bed was particularly comfortable.

Cons:

Lack of interest from most of the front office staff.
Access to the roof top bar and restaurant - no priority given to residents, we were turned away and the staff wouldn’t even let us take a few photos.
Breakfast selection was poor.
WiFi kept dropping out and we had to sign in every time we came back to the hotel.

My dream hospitality experience
Pros:

The service, hospitality, and room design are of the highest quality. I love everything about this hotel: the location, the comfort, the attention to detail, the high-quality amenities, and the thoughtful little gifts that make the experience truly unforgettable.

Pros:

Great Experience. Excellent and very well located hotel ! Service was outstanding, special thanks to Omer and Mehmet from the front desk who provided great support during our stay. Special note also to the Hotel doormen, who were very kind and helpful with our luggage and to get the transfers.This is a true boutique hotel that provides us with a strong home feeling in Istanbul.

Pros:

Immediate welcome and coffee. This is done without word, meant we felt taken care of without needing to ask. Everything was at our disposal. The spa centre was amazing. The support given when I got sick and needed extra assistance was phenomenal reactive but not intrusive. The Bank staff are to be commended at every level.

Also loved the decor. This is a gem of a boutique hotel. Like staying in an art gallery. Prestigious and practical.

Cons:

No toothbrush; but am sure had I asked they would have given it.
