Me encanta el lugar, su comida, su ubicación
No me gusta que tengo tiempo alojándome ahí y nunca me entregan la habitación que es, dos veces reservé suite y me entregaban la normal y así nunca dije nada una vez con balcón y me la dieron si balcón y a mi primo que pidió la más se silla le dieron una mejor. Está ves era habitación con cama doble y me dieron una muy pequeña esta vez fui y les comenté y la chica que me atendió nada amable sólo la que hablaba español si pero la que me movió de habitación en el sistema nada ni un disculpa cuando me hicieron sacar todo del cuarto de nueva. Una vez alguien más entró a mi cuarto por qué le dieron mi misma habitación esas cosas muy mal mínimo espero que si vuelvo air ahora se equivoquen y me den una mucho mejor que la que reservo.

Pillows could be upgraded
The staff were amazingly helpful and they took extra care of all the kids and hosted us very well. They provided us with additional amenities and provided us with complimentary lounge access. In addition to this, the staff customised a welcome note and a 'things to do list' for kids which were shared with them upon arrival. All in all - they made everyone feel special!
Great facilities with the free shuttle (within a 5 mile radius) and a great team at the valet.
There is no swimming pool and for a hotel of this status, I would expect a pool or at a minimum, free access to another hotel (within the chain) with pool facilities.

Wish there was complimentary breakfast and a swimming pool.
Difficulty getting car to valet given not many valet persons present and only a single lane for the car on an active road next to rail line. Unless have multiples valet persons their is a bottleneck of a single lane street which happened upon my initial stay at hotel.

O banheiro do quarto tinha uma porta de correr com um vão de quase 5 cm q impedia o mínimo de privacidade. O restaurante onde é servido o café da manhã, à lá carte e não incluso na diária, tem poucas opções no menu e exagera nos pratos típicos texanos.
I love love love the bathroom, when booking a room for some quiet time because im a mom and every now and then i need me a mental break and just to wind down, this was perfect for me. the room service, the fresh baked cookies just to say thank you, was top tier. The breakfast was a plus too. Will definitely be going back..
For my first visit first impression, there was nothing that I did not like about it. Everything checked out good for me. Oh if i had to pick, more movie channels maybe for some tv options for those who enjoy a little television.
I truly valued the staff's sincere commitment to providing exceptional service. Their eagerness to assist made a significant difference in my experience. It was raining when we arrived, and there is construction on Main Street. Umbrellas popped out, and immediate assistance with luggage was offered.
I didn't like the untold price of alcohol; it was $90 for a double serving of Woodford Reserve.
