Pros:

A localização é boa.

Cons:

O banheiro do quarto tinha uma porta de correr com um vão de quase 5 cm q impedia o mínimo de privacidade. O restaurante onde é servido o café da manhã, à lá carte e não incluso na diária, tem poucas opções no menu e exagera nos pratos típicos texanos.

A Great Place for a Mental Break
Pros:

I love love love the bathroom, when booking a room for some quiet time because im a mom and every now and then i need me a mental break and just to wind down, this was perfect for me. the room service, the fresh baked cookies just to say thank you, was top tier. The breakfast was a plus too. Will definitely be going back..

Cons:

For my first visit first impression, there was nothing that I did not like about it. Everything checked out good for me. Oh if i had to pick, more movie channels maybe for some tv options for those who enjoy a little television.

I truly valued the staff's sincere commitment to providing exceptional service. Their eagerness to assist made a significant difference in my experience. It was raining when we arrived, and there is construction on Main Street. Umbrellas popped out, and immediate assistance with luggage was offered.

Cons:

I didn't like the untold price of alcohol; it was $90 for a double serving of Woodford Reserve.

It was a short stay. Just used the room for the night to have a place to stay. Staff was very nice.
Pros:

It was a short drive from the 713 Music Hall.

Cons:

Vallet was moved due to construction.

Pros:

The design ,decoration and room. View and location. The staff was really friendly and great.

Cons:

The wifi was an overall pain to connect to compared to cheaper hotels. The carpet had a bad smell at a heated room temp. When you did get through the difficult connection process to the internet, the internet speed was horrible and you'd need to pay even more for tolerable speeds. The hdmi connection didn't work on the TV either. The Griffin Lounge Breakfast was greatly disappointing. Parking situation was also tedious and confusing; they own no parking.

Pros:

Our room was ready when we arrived at the hotel a little bit earlier than check-in. Chloe at the front desk was amazing. She helped us the entire time we were there and was fabulous at her job. Jose, the Bellman was very helpful at checkout. And not to forget, Mr. Charles and Logan were excellent at their job of getting us to the convention center and back on time. The entire trip was great with the staff that was at the hotel.
