Front desk staff unprofessional. My elderly Aunt needed to use bathroom upon arrival and was denied by tall young foreign gentleman at Front desk. Was told bathroom was inoperable. No alternative given even when requested! She drove to gas station and didn't make it! No apologies or anything. He thought it was funny.
Filthy carpets in room. Saw rats outside in bushes while sitting in my car. African American Front desk clerk said he could have offered another bathroom used by employees or opened a room. She made me feel bad saying she would have walked out and went somewhere else. This is their employee telling me this in front of my Aunt! I booked through Booking.com and good luck reaching someone to modify anything after checking in. In summary, never will I use this facility or recommend it again.

Comfortable.
Pros:

Breakfast and the beds were super comfortable.

Cons:

Actually nothing bad to say, maybe the pool had to much chlorine and only one washing machine and dryer (for the purpose of my stay)

This best Western is horrible!
Pros:

The receptionist was friendly, but accommodating.

Cons:

The room stank, The sheets were stained as if somebody just had sex there, and had to kill a huge recluse spider on the wall by our bed. Reception said there was no refund , and no other room available. We did not stay there.

Pros:

Easy on easy off of the highway and was pretty convenient to everything we were doing in St. Louis. We stayed July 4th and could see fireworks from our room. We just opened up the curtains and didnt have to fight traffic to see the night sky light up.

It was ok. Beds were comfortable and kids said bunk beds were also comfortable.
Pros:

The family suite was good, kids had their own space

Cons:

Surrounding neighborhood seemed a little sketchy but everything was ok during the stay. Did have to let front desk know that there was possibly someone smoking neat our room.

Will not stay at this location again.
Pros:

Breakfast was not fully ready. Sausage was way overcooked. No bacon at all. Yogurt machine did not work. Guest next door to our room was arguing and screaming most of the night. Pool water cloudy and did not appear clean.

Cons:

So much could have been better. All stated above.
