Breakfast was good, bed comfortable

The property was not what others had stated in the reviews. It doesn’t look like the what the pictures depicted when making the reservation.
It was old, the bathroom needs to be remodeled. The first room we were placed the shower didn’t work. The refrigerator and the iron in the second room didn’t work.
Location was pretty good
The ac barely worked we were hot most of the night. The room walls and floors had lots of stained and missing paint.
The location was very good.
The breakfast was very basic with limited choices. The yogurt machine was not working and there was no peanut butter so there was only 1 choice for protein and I don't want sausage links. Good apples. It was odd that the elevator inspection & how to address emergency situations plaque was totally missing.
That it didn’t have any pets and the staff were nice the food was good and the rooms were nice.

Front staff was very nice and respectful.
There wasnt enough breakfast for everyone. Our fridge wasnt working, the TV kept turning off and the sheets to the bottom bunk was dirty. Every single hallway smelt like weed everywhere you went. We had kids with us and this was super conerning

Front desk staff unprofessional. My elderly Aunt needed to use bathroom upon arrival and was denied by tall young foreign gentleman at Front desk. Was told bathroom was inoperable. No alternative given even when requested! She drove to gas station and didn't make it! No apologies or anything. He thought it was funny.
Filthy carpets in room. Saw rats outside in bushes while sitting in my car. African American Front desk clerk said he could have offered another bathroom used by employees or opened a room. She made me feel bad saying she would have walked out and went somewhere else. This is their employee telling me this in front of my Aunt! I booked through Booking.com and good luck reaching someone to modify anything after checking in. In summary, never will I use this facility or recommend it again.

Actually nothing bad to say, maybe the pool had to much chlorine and only one washing machine and dryer (for the purpose of my stay)
Customer service at front desk was very good.
The bed mattress could be a better quality but not horrible.
The receptionist was friendly, but accommodating.
The room stank, The sheets were stained as if somebody just had sex there, and had to kill a huge recluse spider on the wall by our bed. Reception said there was no refund , and no other room available. We did not stay there.
Easy on easy off of the highway and was pretty convenient to everything we were doing in St. Louis. We stayed July 4th and could see fireworks from our room. We just opened up the curtains and didnt have to fight traffic to see the night sky light up.
