A very comfortable and pleasant stay in a great location.
Pros:

The room was quite spacious, and the bathroom was very clean. The location was within walking distance of the city center. Private parking. I was extremely satisfied with my stay here.

Buon hotel con buona localizzazione
Pros:

Buon hotel appena fuori la ZTL, motlo comodo per muoversi a piedi perché ha il parcheggio interno per la macchina. Staff molto cordiale e simpatico, anche la colazione ha delle buone opzioni

Il fatto che da qui si può visitare la città di Modena in tutta tranquillità. Non è troppo in centro, quindi è fuori dal relativo caos della città, un buon punto di appoggio se devi visitare Modena.

Cons:

Il posteggio è un po' piccolo, bisogna fare attenzione ad entrare nei piccoli spazi assegnati, ma comunque è un vantaggio averlo all'interno della struttura..

Bon rapport qualité/prix et bon accueil
Pros:

Accueil très sympathique et personnalisé; hôtel simple mais qui offre un très bon rapport qualité/prix, une localisation à 10/15 min max du centre à pieds, la possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner et de se garer. Je recommande pour une nuit d'étape pour visiter Modene.

très bon accueil du gérant, parlant français, soumettant avec une grande gentillesse de nombreux conseils ; chambre très confortable et tout confort, idéal pour cette halte d'une nuit !

Pros:

Heel vriendelijke ontvangst, goede locatie en fijne parkeergelegenheid.

Cons:

Kamers waren erg warm en beetje ouderwets. Behang was bijv op aantal plekken stuk en airco maakte veel herrie, bedden waren matig.
