Ubicación, en pleno centro. Y las instalaciones estaban muy bien, acorde a las fotos.

Unacceptable noise levels
Pros:

The room (no 11) was spacious, clean, had a comfortable bed, the ensuite had a good shower and I had a large balcony with a great view of table mountain. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

The noise levels from a nearby venue were totally unacceptable and far, far greater than the 'quite noisy' description and note that it might cause 'an inconvenience some of the time' in the email I received the day before I arrived. Every night of my 4 night stay involved loud thumping music that could be heard even when wearing ear plugs. It was awful and started early evening until the early hours. Staff offered to contact the venue when I complained, but this had minimal impact and was short term anyway as after an hour or so, the volume would be turned up again. It was impossible to sleep before 2am at the earliest. For that reason, I would not recommend staying here.

Property accepted my check in on 12 Aug 1am When i came for check in they are asking me to wait till 2pm unless i paid a

The staff tried the best to help

Cons:

They send a message to inform about loud noise one hour prior to check in time. It is indeed very loud especially at night. Company should invest in soundproofing. Also informed staff about wood cracking noises in the apartment again especially at night. High possibility of rat infestation among the woods of the apartment.

Pros:

It was cozy but spacious. No issues with noise. Rooms were quiet and dark so perfect for sleeping. Apartment is super central and a few minutes walk from great attractions like museum and company gardens. Will book this place again for sure.

It was a nice stay for a great price.
Pros:

It was very convenient to many restaurants and close to the V and A Waterfront. The washing machine was a plus as well.

Cons:

We stayed in the apartment and it was a little difficult with luggage and getting in as it was across the street from the main hotel.

A wonderful experience .. fantastic staff & great location. Noise levels might not be for everyone
Pros:

Loved the quaint hotel and the amazing staff. We wanted to stay longer! The balcony gave us a stunning spot to people watch from, while having sundowners.

Cons:

The noise levels from the neighbouring clubs was much more than expected, but also added to the experience.
