Cons:

1. The only way I could access my room was by using my mobile phone through the hotel’s website. It was not possible to get a working key card. Although the key-card setup process would complete successfully, the card itself would not work. This was tested with three different key cards.

2. Housekeeping started knocking on the doors of all the rooms on our floor at 08:35, even though check-out was not until 11:00.
