Categories

Cleanliness
6.6
Multiple guests reported dirty or badly maintained rooms and unpleasant smells; some other reviews mention recently renewed rooms and clean areas, so cleanliness is mixed but below average.
Service
8.8
Several guests praised attentive, friendly and helpful staff; one guest reported rude staff regarding a parking/refund issue, but overall service is a clear strength.
Location
7.8
Location is convenient for walking to nearby points for some guests and described as 'good' by several, but others complained about poor public transport links and misleading distance to key sites (e.g., stadium/city centre).
Room Quality
7.2
Room quality is mixed: some rooms renovated and described as nice and clean, while others were small, worn, broken or had bad smells — overall slightly below neutral due to variability.
Amenities
7.2
Amenities show issues such as poor Wi‑Fi in rooms/upper floors, occasional AC failures, elevator noise and lack of parking or in‑room kettle for some rooms; some facilities appear recently renewed.
Value for Money
7.2
Several guests felt the hotel was not fully worth the price (explicit 'not for the money' and no-refund complaint), though others found it acceptable for business or festival stays — overall slightly below target but not deeply negative.
Food and Beverage
8.4
Breakfast is regularly praised (good variety, hot and cold options) and considered a strong point, though some mention repetitiveness, mediocre coffee and room for menu improvement.
Overall Experience
8.4
Overall impressions are mixed but generally positive: many guests enjoyed the atmosphere, breakfast and helpful staff, while consistent negatives (cleanliness variability, parking, some amenities and location/transport issues) keep the overall experience from being excellent.

Pros:

Nix

Cons:

Alles.

Pros:

I found the staff not so friendly. E.g wouldn’t greet guests every day. It would be nice to smile.

Cons:

I found the star rating not appropriate as a 4* star.
