Pool area was smaller that it seems from the pictures, very few sunbeds. Gym also small, only one treadmill and one bike (which was not working).

A good hotel with a convenient location for exploring Yogyakarta. The staff are very friendly, and the breakfast offers plenty of choice.
The hotel itself feels a bit dated. Upon arrival, there was a mistake with our reservation and we were assigned rooms on a smoking floor, even though we had specifically requested non-smoking rooms. The staff immediately offered to move us to different rooms, but as we were a family of six and had already unpacked, we decided not to move. As a kind gesture, they provided us with complimentary pizza and sandwiches for our departure, which we really appreciated.
Also, be aware that you can clearly hear the early morning call to prayer from the nearby mosque.
Overall, it’s a good base for exploring the city, but next time we would probably choose a more modern hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights.
We were offered a welcome drink voucher which was only redeemable at the Mexican restaurant which is tucked at the back on the mezzanine level. After finding the place, we were offered a watered-down juice as the welcome drink. The breakfast was very good and we enjoyed our meals by the poolside. I loved the regional cuisine, especially their noodle soups and local cakes. They only had 1 coffee machine, and there was a constant queue for it. Breakfast staff were fabulous.
Only 2 medium-sized bottles of water were provided in the room, and it was really inadequate.
Not too far from the Malioboro St. However, having been there, it was the same goods sold at almost every other shop.
There is an efficient laundry when you turn right at the hotel. They will deliver the freshly laundered items.
