Essen hatte große Auswahl und war gut, aber auch nicht mehr. Bei 5 Sternen erwarte ich mehr
Teppich schmutzig, Bad roch nach Schimmel, Tür schloss nicht dicht, sehr hellhörig und man konnte Personen vor der Tür im Zimmer verstehen.
Qualität entspricht nicht 5 Sternen sondern eher einem Losmen oder Homestay.

The staff was very helpful in solving every need we had. Position close to the center. The room is very big, laundry great and possibility to have a massage within the room.
Breakfast not at the level of the place.
The hotel was in a great location for exploring Yogyakarta. The pool was gorgeous and no one seemed to be using it so me and my partner had a great time swimming and sunbathing to ourselves. Breakfast was a huge buffet and very eclectic! We enjoyed the omelette bar. The room was larger than i expected and very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and smiling and happy to help. The Mexican restaurant was a fun place to go and the batik bar was very relaxed and a nice spot for a cocktail. This hotel felt like a little holiday in itself.
The massage spa was a bit disappointing. One of the ladies was running late and me and my partner were asked to sit in the massage room for 10 minutes and we just sat there with no drink or effort to make us comfortable. The treatment itself was heavy handed for both of us. I had the lulur scrub and felt i was rubbed raw. My partner had the Balinese massage and was very sore after but not in a good way. I also felt uncomfortable when I bumped into a man (a customer looking for staff) whilst wearing a towel after a shower. Then I had to sit for 15mins waiting for my partners treatment to be over in silence in said towel. They didn't play music so it was all a bit awkward. I wouldn't recommend this part of the hotel.
Tout. L hôtel est très joli, situé à 15 min à pied du boulevard Malioboro. Le personnel est adorable et très soucieux d un service irréprochable. Les services de massage sur place parfaits. Le restaurant offre des plats délicieux et bien présentés dans un cadre agréable.
Le petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Une grande variété sucrée et salée.
Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir !

Mauvaise isolation des vitrages, à 4h du matin on avait l’impression d’avoir l’appel à la prière dans notre chambre, tout ça pendant 30 min…

Gentillesse du personnel. Nous avions oublié un chargeur de téléphone, la réception nous a prévenu pendant que nos attendions notre taxi.
Le petit déjeuner propose un large gamme : sale/sucré, européen/balianais. Tout le monde y trouvera son compte.
