観光には非常に便利
Pros:

大丸、旧居留地、元町駅、南京町など神戸の観光名所を巡るのには非常に便利。
お部屋の使い勝手がとても良い。掃除も行き届いている。
南京町に隣接しているので騒音を心配していたが、高層階ということもあり、とても静かでした。

Cons:

チェックイン時の対応が中国人であったため、日本語が聞きづらかった。メモを渡されるのでそれを読めば問題なし。
部屋にペットボトルの水のサービスがなく、エレベーターホールまで水を汲みに行くのが面倒だったが、無駄なペットボトルを使わずに済むのは良い。

安心
Pros:

清潔感があって静かでゆっくり休めた。
駅からも商店街や大丸にも近いし南京街もあってショッピングも出来、食べ物屋も沢山あって楽しかったです。

Cons:

泊まるのが目的だったので良くないところはなかったと思います。

Pros:

Hotel was like any other business hotel for the most part. Nice and friendly staff. The 3-way shower was also nice and relaxing.

Cons:

My biggest complaint would be the breakfast. It’s definitely not worth spending the extra money for. Food was running out early and staff were just taking the signs down instead of refilling it. They still had 2 hours remaining for breakfast time which shows how unprepared they are to serve guests. There were limited options and it could be easily replaced with a much more cheaper visit the convenience store or supermarket. Very disappointing

Sehr gut. Tolle Lage um einen kleinen Besuch in Kobe zu machen.
Pros:

Super bequemes Bett, hervorragende Lage, Trinkwasser auf dem Flur, sehr leckeres Frühstück. Alles bestens. Kann ich empfehlen.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Störfaktor für mich ist, dass ich das Fenster nicht aufmachen kann. Aber das ist im urbanen Raum ja üblich.
