I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and spent 10 days here with my family. From the first day until checkout, the experience was very enjoyable. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, which made us feel comfortable throughout our entire stay.

One of the best things about this hotel is its fantastic location. It is close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy everything the area has to offer.

The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was well maintained throughout our stay. The atmosphere was amazing, and the overall vibe of the hotel and surrounding area made our trip even more memorable.

The only minor drawback was that we were three people sharing the room, so it felt a little small at times. However, this was a small issue and did not affect our overall experience.

After spending 10 days here, I can confidently say that we had a great time. The combination of the excellent staff, outstanding location, cleanliness, and wonderful atmosphere made this a stay to remember. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Отличное расположение, хороший завтрак, приятный интерьер, хороший интернет

Cons:

Услуга раннего заселения, на которую был расчет при выборе жилья, не была оказана, хотя я заранее писала, что приеду достаточно рано, но меня не предупредили, что возможно придется ждать.

В ванной не хватает базовых элементов гигиенических, не ясно, почему это игнорируется администрацией, хотя не раз гости пишут об этом в отзывах.

За 3 ночи ни разу не поменяли постельное белье, не мыли полы.

The staff is nice and helpful

Cons:

The rooms are dirty, with long black hair and a constant smell of sewage, along with mold in some places on the sealant. There are no towel hooks, so there's nowhere to hang them to dry. The breakfast leaves much to be desired; I recommend the restaurant across the street.
