Pros:

The room was comfortable and clean. Coffee down the hall was a bonus.

Cons:

There is only someone at the front desk until 4pm. They were very kind and helpful but we didn't realize there wouldn't be someone there during other hours. They are reachable but this isn't like a regular hotel with 24/7 staff.

Would stay again.
Pros:

Excellent location in Gros. Coffee / breakfast spots nearby. Easily walkable to Gros beach and to San Sebastián old town. Coffee facilities were good. Fresh water and beverages daily were fantastic.

Nice clean facilities with good AC. Room and bathroom very small.
Pros:

It was clean and had a nice common area to sit for work and to eat/drink. The drinks in the fridge and coffee machine were nice to have.

Cons:

The shower was extremely small and the room was even smaller than the pictures.

Hotell med utmärkt läge - fyrstjärnig kärlek
Pros:

Ett självklart hotell i mindre turistig del av San Sebastian. Utmärkt rum med fint badrum. Svårt att förstå varför det har 2 stjärnor.

Cons:

Finns inget att klaga på. Det finns ingen frukost, men det visste vi ju om.

Pros:

Everything was just perfect! The room was really modern and clean, and the hotel was very conveniently placed. Check-in and check-out were also super easy. Moreover, we had free tea & coffee in the morning.

Tolle Lage, super nettes Personal!
Pros:

Gute Lage, ganz in der Nähe vom Kursaal, dem Kongresszentrum und netten Bars und Restaurants. Der Empfang war total nett, es gab den ganzen Tag über gratis Tee und Kaffee. Hübscher Blick auf die Häuser gegenüber. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern hat man gar nichts von der Straße gehört. Aber auch sonst war es nachts nicht sehr laut.

Cons:

Ich fand das Zimmer relativ teuer, wie aber auch alle anderen Zimmer in San Sebastian.
