It was nice and tidy, good location

It was great, constructions going on nearby but could not hear them. Room was dark for morning sleep ins. it was great. Very central to everything.
Cleaners kept taking the extra key left in the key slot. Key could have been left on the study table. I now do understand that they probably are required to take keys out when leaving the room, but they could've left our spare key on the table.
Not much other than the location .
Massive pillows so very difficult if you are used to low profile pillows . Housekeeping were not helpful .
Excellent experience staying here, great value for money. Breakfast was great.

The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable.
Everything at this hotel was very nice. Staff, facilities and room were all lovely. As a solo traveller, I felt extremely safe in my room. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and splendid. In the room were complimentary water, an eye mask, earplugs, slippers, safe and ironing equipment. I will happily book here again.
The duvet on the bed left me feeling a bit cold. It would have been fantastic if there was a throw blanket provided in the wardrobe.
