Love me a comfy Sheraton!
Pros:

Maeve at the front desk was wonderful for a weary traveler to check-in with. The lobby was small-ish, but had a coffee shop & some seating. Cool murals just outside. Room was a good size, very clean, comfy mattress, & little amenities in case you forgot them.

There’s some noisy nighttime construction in the city, but they were ready for it with a “kit” in the room - a lovely note accompanying an eye mask & earplugs. Good job!

Pro tip: The taxi dropped us off at the Westin next door and we weren’t paying attention. So make sure you’re looking at the signs!

Fabulous location and really comfortable stay helped by very kind staff
Pros:

Ideal location to get anywhere in the city on foot and public transport within easy reach. Really cost effective and comfortable option and smooth elevator! Staff went above and beyond.

Pros:

Location is great, staff is friendly, rooms are big and comfy.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I was assigned a room with a wheelchair-accessible bathroom, where the shower pressure was extremely low. It also took a very long time for the water to become warm, making showering quite inconvenient. Given the high price charged per night, this was disappointing and not what I would expect from a hotel in this price range.
