Nefasto e incómodo

El aparcamiento

Cons:

El servicio de recepción de noche (era un chico jovencito)no nos solucionó ciertas incomodidades que tuvimos a la llegada ,no nos mejoró nada.
El servicio de limpieza,se metió a limpiar cristales etc...antes de que nos fuéramos.
Los vecinos de otras habitaciones saltaban a nuestra terraza durante prácticamente toda la noche y nadie llamó la atención
Después de llamar y hablar con recepción varias veces
El servicio de restaurante nos quitaba todo el rato los platos ,vasos ...sin terminar '' parecía que tenían prisa''

pasti a buffet davvero ricchi e vari, il balcone con vista sull’oceano sicuramente molto bello e d’impatto

Cons:

Abbiamo trovato capelli per terra per il pavimento appena arrivati, in generale la pulizia diciamo non era delle migliori. Struttura molto in pendenza e ascensore lento

MALA ORGANIZACIÓN

El día 19 de julio de 2026 al acceder al comedor con un vestido con los colores de la bandera de Andalucía, símbolo oficial, fui llamada la atención de forma desproporcionada y pública por personal del hotel. En otra ocasión durante la misma estancia, se me negó el servicio de bebida en bar / comedor por llevar el cabello húmedo, que no mojado, sin que existiera cartel informativo visible que prohibiera expresamente el acceso con el pelo húmedo, ni se me ofreciera alternativa, como por ejemplo atenderme por la barra de fuera. En ambos casos mi indumentaria e higiene eran correctas y no existía normativa interna expuesta al cliente. Considero que se ha vulnerado el deber de trato digno y no discriminatorio del art. 20 de la Ley 7/1995 de Ordenación del Turismo de Canarias.

Only there 3 nights but decent hotel but can’t commit on all inclusive as only there on bed and breakfast
