Bistrot Bellevue is opened from 10.00 am until midnight, at a charge. Pool Bar is opened from 13/6 to 11/9, from 10.00 to 13.00 and from 15.30 to 19.00.

Bar VOI Village is opened from 8.00 am till midnight.

Bellevue Restaurant is available for all guests at a charge, by reservation.

Sos Aranzos Restaurant is available for guests in Classic, Family and Premium rooms.

Tavolara Terrace is available only for Deluxe rooms.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Resort war insgesamt sehr schön. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das unglaublich liebevolle

Der Strand und das super freundliche Personal

Cons:

Die Struktur vom Zimmer. Alt, nicht alles funktionstüchtig, extremer Gestank im Zimmer, fliegen, Wasser wo Orange raus fliesst und suberkeit ist leider sehr klein gehalten

Decepcionante, muy lejos de lo esperado.
Cons:

Experiencia muy negativa. La limpieza deja mucho que desear, con insectos por las paredes y el suelo, paredes manchadas y un inodoro en condiciones de higiene inaceptables. Además, el aire acondicionado funcionaba mal, haciendo un calor insoportable. La comida fue de muy mala calidad y la atención bastante mediocre.
Hemos presentado una reclamación a Booking.com
Para nada lo esperado, no lo recomendaría nunca. Las condiciones son inaceptables y deberían ser revisadas. Totalmente impropio de un hotel de esta categoría.

Buon soggiorno rilassante
Pros:

Spettacoli serali ottimi, pulizia della camera da 5 stelle, servizio navetta per per la spiaggia ed il panorama

Cons:

La mancanza di numerazione nelle stanze, un problema trovare la propria camera e nessuno ti accompagna; la grande disparità di trattamento tra i due ristoranti comunicanti

Great beach. Close to airport, but as far as hotel stay - keep looking.

The beach and location were amazing!

Cons:

The food was average. The service was not good. Concierge wouldn’t even book us a taxi to go to the airport, until I got annoyed. AC in our room was not cool enough. They sent someone a week later to check it. Bathroom was disgusting. We upgraded to Deluxe room. It was not.

Needs renovation and more staff but nice view

Nice view, parking , kind staff

Cons:

Very dirty and not kept up with the other resorts I used to stay on the island with similar price range
Restaurant with half board really poor specially the organization of the staff , tables not clean , glasses or plates left for hrs on the tables, found some dirty glass and plates what supposed be clean ! Staff looked overwhelmed and overworked. Chaotic experience.
Rooms need to be renovated it’s a must. Although the staff generally was very kind and helpful.
At the beach constantly someone was talking through the microphone and music was loud and not suit to the holiday vibe. Beach in the afternoon was messy and dirty.
In the morning at 7 am everything was left after the night entertainment looked so dirty around , the toilets , tables , floors. This resort needs more staff for sure because it’s huge .
Food was so so for Italy. Even the coffee was let’s say ok.

​Ristorazione: Cibo vario, di ottima qualità e con un'ampia scelta per tutti i gusti.

Direi che è più un 3 stelle
Pros:

Il Mare , la piscina , casualità e fortuna la stanza non era molto lontana dal mare .

Cons:

I servizi, il trasporto che dovrebbe spostarti da una parte all altra dell’hotel , praticamente è inesistente, spesso l’aria condizionata non funzionava ! Internet inesistente! Per lavoro dovevo collegarmi , e nulla impossibile ! Richiesto la pulizia della stanza ad una fascia oraria , avendo un bambino con orari e routine , non sono stati rispettati neanche quelli.

Spectacular beach location!
Pros:

The beach is absolutely fantastic and is the clear winner at this resort. The rooms were clean and we had a sea view which I highly recommend as you are really close to the beach. The shuttle is very welcome when going up the hill in the heat for dinner at the restaurants. The beach bar though not part of the egg hotel served excellent toasted sandwiches and burgers and nice cold beers and spritz at happy hour. The entertainment on the beach was good.

Cons:

The food on offer for the half board was acceptable but not outstanding. The hot food for breakfast was only average but that is common in European hotels, the focus at breakfast is more on pastries and breads. You can see that the resort could possibly do with a bit of a refurbishing. You are quite isolated if you didn’t have a vehicle. Not negatives as such as we did enjoy our stay but they are observations.

Beau, grand, vue et plage incroyable et surtout service de divertissement ambiance club! Très réussi. Mais chambres vétu

L’équipe d’entertainment est superbe rien à dire : soirées, fêtes, clubs… très familial un peu club med!
L’hôtel est beau avec vue mer incroyable et accès plage privée très belle. Grande piscine.
Petit déjeuner copieux. Service shuttle qui vous emmène partout et tout le temps dans le village.

Cons:

Il y a des bracelets qui vous distingue des autres clients et c’est désagréable comme sensation. Il existe des VIP qui peuvent par exemple prendre les transat de devant et les autres non…
Serviette de plage si vous restez 1 semaine et vous voulez les changer vous devez payer… j’avais jamais vu ça encore.
Les chambres sont vétustes et les sanitaires aussi parfois bouche et des moisissures dans les joints.
C’est pas normal pour le prix qu’ils demandent.

The no Airconditiong ruined our stay!
Pros:

Great location. Staff in restaurants, beach and concierge were great. Beach well maintained. Food great.

Cons:

Our room had no air conditioning the first night, we actually slept on our balcony. Notified staff twice and tried to fix. No luck. Next night terrible. Eventually got a fan which made it okay but terrible. We paid a lot of money and really got no compensation or any gesture of goodwill from the hotel.
