Great budget accommodation in the heart of Mui Ne's Seafood strip
Pros:

Comfortable, clean budget accommodation with good free wifi situated in the heart of Mui Ne's Seafood restaurant strip. The hosts were extremely welcoming and acquiesced to my every request (change of desk, change of chair, change of room etc). Hotel is located at the rear of a large optometrist premises. You can access it through the shopfront or via the side lane. There is a filtered chilled water dispenser at the rear which I used to refill my water bottle daily. Room clean approx once week (probably more often if I didn't keep deferring) with fresh towels, sheets, duvet and two small bottles of water. If I return to Mui Ne, I would definitely consider staying again.

Cons:

On arrival I was given a room that overlooked the central balcony area. This area is used for motorcycle parking and it also tends to reverberate any noise made by the family running the place. I later requested a corner room (sans window) which was very quiet and suited me perfectly. Usually activity stops after approx 10pm. The hotel is located in a popular seafood strip which attracts large groups of weekend visitors (I believe from HCMC). These groups can also get a little noisy and unruly at times. They are usually arrive Friday evening and leave by Sunday. I stayed for two months and in reality it was only a minor incovenience.

Номер был не грязный,новый кондиционер,плитка на полу,в ванной пахло сыростью,поэтому дверь нужно было плотно держать прикрытой всегда,спали на 2-ом этаже (в этом крыле он был верхний,чердак отсутствует поэтому как в духовке,если не включать кондиционер..

Cons:

Горячей воды не было,утром спустились на ресепшен попросили что б её сделали,её кстати вроде и сделали,но только она была с утра и до вечера,вечером с моря уже под горячей не помоешься,утром ..каждое утро-ОРЁТ ПЕРСОНАЛ…или так разговаривает,в общей кухне,ВОНЬ СТРАШНАЯ ,спускался туда резать фрукты и делать кофе (в номерах чайника нет)
А в остальном ….прекрасная Маркиза..но кстати персонал(хоть и крикливый по утрам) отзывчивый получается и приветливый
