Estadia muito acolhedora.
Pros:

Café da manhã muito bom com grande variedade de itens. Atendimento dos colaboradores excelente. Hotel vem passando por um upgrade nos apartamentos de muito bom nível.

Cons:

O restaurante poderia oferecer maior flexibilidade para atendimento de necessidades de alimentação, ou seja, de pedidos especiais ou adicionais, com os itens alimentícios já em uso rotineiro, permitindo variedade de cozimento ou receitas diferenciadas.

Como o hotel só possui dois elevadores, o que em certas situações ou ocasiões de lotação total limita o uso dos mesmos, e como existe grande área central de ventilação, acredito que se poderia estudar e planejar a instalação de um terceiro elevador, que poderia ser também panorâmico, semelhante a um dos dois que já funcionam.

Hotel com boa localização mas com acomodações duvidosas.
Pros:

Localização muito boa, café da manhã honesto, pessoal de recepção muito bom.

Cons:

Quarto com moveis velhos, armários quebrados, janelas não insonorizadas amenidades básicas.

Localização, café da manhã, cama confortável, atendimento da recepção. TV com canais diversificados.

Cons:

Limpeza. Apesar de 2 diárias tive que solicitar na recepção, já passado das 14 horas. Realizada mas feita o básico. Sinal do Wi-Fi variando. Chuveiro ora concentrado ou ajustando,muito difuso. Por tudo achei o custo X benefício não atraente.

O prédio tem uma arquitetura incrível. O quarto é imenso e espaçoso com sala e pequena copa. Tem varanda. É datado mas está bem conservado. Café da manhã perfeito

Na chegada ao Hotel não tive ajuda com a mala, sem rampa tive que carregar uma mala pesada ( sem rampa ou Funcionário para Ajudar ) e sou uma Hospede de 70 anos, com minha Mãe de 94 anos !
