Pros:

The room was clean and quiet, the shower had good temperature range and water pressure, the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient to tachikawa station.

Cons:

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, the HVAC was set to heat only so the room was hot, the bathtub was short, the room in general was smaller than I would have liked.
