This was our second stay here, so we knew what to expect, and will always return if needed.
Pros:

Very good breakfast. Lots of choice, both Japanese and Western.
Standard twin room, whilst of medium size, was still comfortable enough to share between two people.
Front desk service is above average.
Parking (with fee)
Neighbourhood, though a bit sparse for dining options, still has some eateries as well as convenience stores.

Cons:

Quality of the baked goods could be improved - freshness and choice.
No onsen.

Pros:

ビュッフェスタイルの朝食はどれも美味しく、栄養バランスなど宿泊者の身体を食事の面から考えられていると感じた。

Cons:

清潔に清掃されてはいるとは思うが、水回りで大事なバスタブがもう少し新しい設備に更新など細かなところが改善されればなお良かったと思います。

Pros:

The view was beautiful! I love how close it was to tachikawa station. There are many restaurants nearby. The hotel room was very clean. The staffs were very nice.
