Die Poolanlage mit dem Meerwasser war hervorragend. Die gesamte Anlage umgeben von Limonenbäumen wird sehr gut gepflegt. Ideal zum entspannen. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und von hoher Qualität. Typisch italienisch. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Terra dei Limoni è una vera oasi a due passi dai principali centri del barocco siciliano. Immersi in un giardino di limoni, comodi mini appartamenti dotati di tutti i confort. Piscine, piante, fiori e, soprattutto, reale silenzio per ritrovarsi o per trascorrere insieme ai propri cari un momento di serenità. L’accoglienza è autenticamente affettuosa. Massima cura su ogni aspetto. Ottimo anche il ristorante e molto buoni i piatti proposti. Insomma, Terra dei Limoni è un posto dove si sta bene e ci si sente a casa. Ne uscirete rinnovati. Terra dei Limoni is peacefully located among beautiful lemon groves in south-eastern Sicily. The property is attractive, clean and well maintained, especially charming when illuminated in the evening. There is private parking, food on site and easy access by car to nearby beaches and towns.
There are two lovely pools – one chlorinated and one saltwater. The coffee was excellent, with a great selection of cakes and pastries, while the rest of the breakfast was a fairly standard buffet.
Despite the beautiful setting, we felt the property lacked a little character and atmosphere. After staying in several places around Sicily, this was probably the least memorable.
Value for money could also be better. Pool towels cost extra, there was a limit of three drinks per person before additional charges applied, and drinking water at the cottage cost €0.50 per refill. Small amounts individually, but together they gave the impression of being charged for unnecessary extras.
Our cottage also lacked basic kitchen items – strangely, there was a ladle and rolling pin, but no kettle or drinking glasses.
Another small frustration was receiving three virtually identical, unlabelled keys for the cottage and entrance gate. The gate must be opened manually each time, which feels unnecessarily inconvenient for such a modern property.
The peaceful atmosphere was sometimes disturbed by extremely loud guests around the pool, occasionally causing others to leave, while staff did not seem to intervene. We also found one member of staff rather uninterested and unwelcoming, with very limited English communication.
Overall, it is a beautiful and relaxing property with plenty of potential, but several small details prevented the experience from feeling as special or memorable as we had expected.
Extra charges for small things, poor value for money, missing basic kitchen equipment, inconvenient key/gate system, occasional excessive pool noise, lack of staff intervention, and a general lack of character and atmosphere.
La piscina di acqua salata è molto bella, silenziosa, in generale la struttura è perfetta per rilassarsi. Colazione davvero buona. Top il ristorante.
Propongono un servizio massaggi esterno, molto comodo, tuttavia la struttura non ha una sala o una zona adibita allo svolgimento del massaggio. Di solito lo fanno fare nel patio della stanza, ma se piove è un problema. Noi ci siamo ritrovati a dover fare il massaggio in camera per via della pioggia torrenziale di quel momento. Peccato che la camera era molto piccola, ed è stato tutto molto scomodo. La ragazza dell’hotel non è stata di grande aiuto per trovare una soluzione e ci siamo dovuti “arrangiare” da soli insieme alle operatrici. Dalla struttura mi sarei aspettata un approccio diverso. Inoltre, un po’ scomodo che si debbano fare check in e check out a Villa Felicia. Infine, migliorabile il menu del light lunch. Poca scelta davvero. Non esiste un menu cartaceo, non ci sono prezzi, e bisogna chiedere tutto oralmente. Anche qui si potrebbe migliorare.
The setting within the lemon trees is lovely. The pool areas are beautiful and serene. The location is great for beach days, visiting Noto or surrounded areas (by car). We enjoyed a few relaxing days at the property and loved the delicious breakfast. Staff was very helpful.

Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Abreise war die Betreuung durch das Hotel hervorragend. Fragen zu Taxi, Bus und Anreise wurden schnell und unkompliziert beantwortet, auch per WhatsApp war jederzeit jemand erreichbar.
Unser Bungalow war modern, sehr sauber und mit ausreichend Abstand zu den Nachbarn. Die weitläufige Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und bietet zwei Poolbereiche, einen Sportplatz, Parkplätze und eine gute Sicherung.
Die Lage außerhalb von Lido di Noto ist ruhig, der Strand ist trotzdem nur ca. 1,3 km entfernt und Avola ca. 5 km.
Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – wir können das Resort mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!

Onze kamer was ruim en proper. Goed bed. Super mooie zwembaden en het hotel was niet ver van mooie locaties.
Soms was het wel lawaaierig door de honden in de buurt, maar dat viel niet echt op door de airco die aanstond.

mancano dei servizi, il bar non è un bar non ha nulla non si può fare neanche un caffè macchiato caldo perché a volte ti dicono che la macchina si deve ancora riscaldare a volte che è rotta e ci sono solo tre piatti: insalata pasta fredda o toast. è chiamato bar ma in realtà è solo una stanza con macchinetta del caffè e tostapane. in camera non c’è bollitore e macchinetta del caffè il bar non è servito quindi se si vuole fare merenda o prendere uno snack bisogna andare in macchina a noto.
servizio lavanderia costa 15€ a lavatrice e le cose sono tornare con le stesse macchie e non stirate. per fare colazione bisogna andare nel residence a fianco passando in mezzo ai campi senza indicazioni e io e la mia amica sbagliando stradina siamo finite in una proprietà privata non segnalata e senza cancello dove siamo state rincorse da due cani da guardia di taglia grande, fortunatamente per poco senza conseguenze. il cartello con l indicazione per la colazione è stato messo solo in seguito al nostro incidente.
La struttura è molto bella, la nostra camera ci é anche piaciuta. Le piscine bellissime. Lo staff era gentile e disponibile, la colazione buona e con molta scelta.
Per il prezzo pagato e l’immagine della struttura contavamo su un servizio migliore. Lo staff era gentile e su di loro non abbiamo niente da dire, ma le regole generali ci hanno spiacevolmente sorpresi. Una struttura con la piscina per gli ospiti che offre i teli per la piscina solo a pagamento..? L’acqua a pagamento potremmo anche capire, ma era acqua filtrata, leggermente salmastra, bevibile solo in versione frizzante. La gestione dell’azienda agricola (ci sono i limoni in quantità :) ) non sembrava adeguata alla presenza della struttura ricettiva- operai che lavoravano con decespugliatori facendo rumore e creando pericolo (sassi ) accanto alla piscina, camioncini che alzano polvere sulla strada che si deve percorrere (abbastanza lunga e priva di indicazioni).. insomma, do 10 punti per non abbassarvi il punteggio ma avrei dato 8.
La struttura è molto bella, immersa nella campagna nella pace assoluta. Le nostre camere nuove, luminose, spaziose, letti molto comodi. Colazione super, prodotti sempre freschi con vasta scelta sia dolce che salata. Le piscine molto belle e pulite, soprattutto quella più grande di acqua salata. Abbiamo provato anche il loro ristorante, consigliato sicuramente
Purtroppo e con grande rammarico, perchè la struttura e il posto sono davvero belli, devo segnalare alcune cose che a mio avviso devono essere modificate o migliorate per rendere il posto veramente al top. Per prima cosa la pulizia delle camere: praticamente assente, noi abbiamo soggiornato per 5 notti e per tutto il periodo nella mia camera sono rimasti residui sul pavimento mai rimossi; il bagno non è mai stato pulito a fondo. La biancheria prevede un cambio ogni 3 giorni, ma se serve prima ha un costo extra (è la prima volta che mi succede). I teli piscina sono a pagamento, cosa quanto mai insolita per una struttura che vanta ben 2 piscine. All'arrivo ti forniscono una bottiglia di acqua di vetro (per la quale si paga una cauzione); per riempirla nuovamente bisogna recarsi alla reception e pagare 50 centesimi; ora, a parte che all'atto pratico diventa difficile, non sarebbe più elegante fornire ogni giorno le camere di una nuova bottiglia? Non credo abbia costi così esorbitanti! In ultimo la colazione non viene servita a Terra dei limoni ma nella struttura principale limitrofa; per arrivare bisogna o prendere la macchina oppure percorrere a piedi un tratto nella campagna che, per quanto abbastanza breve, è comunque assolato, cosa veramente scomoda soprattutto con il caldo di agosto
