Please Sir Can I Have Some More

Pool was clean.

Cons:

Provided With 2 glass bottles on arrival. Still or fizzy? Very nice. 'You will be charged €8 if you fail to return', oh not so nice and 'there is a 50c charge to refill', definitely not nice. Sat in the restaurant and told 'can't bring your water in'. My wife needs to take medication daily so very arrogant attitude. Two signs displayed at breakfast, see photos. As this was one of the more expensive places in which we have stayed in Sicily it was surprising to see 3 drinks only. As I wanted a juice and a tea this comprised of 1 juice, 1 milk (a little milk not allowed) and a cup of hot water. The other sign 'eat what's on your plate or be charged' defies a polite response.
I room had a kettle but only ginger tea bags. Asked for pool towels, €3 per pool/beach towel per day. Please note clean bedding & room towels every 3 days. In fact bedding not changed in our 4 days.
Shower really smelly, when reception informed 'have you tried running it?'. No because we haven't showered for 2 days now...
Please replace tea bags in room, no chance.
Room no 47 (ours) floods when it rains. It flooded twice. Why were we given this room? Requested room cleaned and a mop & bucket left for next time. They left the mop & bucket 🙁

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Felicia. The location was perfect, with beautiful views and wonderful access to the temples, and we especially appreciated how warm and family-friendly the entire property felt. The whole villa was so tastefully designed—luxurious without ever feeling like it was trying too hard. The pool staff were exceptional—so friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming—and they made our time there even more special.

Cons:

The only small issue we encountered was the number of wasps around the outdoor dining areas; we understand this can be difficult to control, but a little more mitigation or additional protection around the outdoor dining spaces would have made the experience even more enjoyable.

Pros:

Staff molto accogliente ma sempre discreto. Struttura molto bella con tanto verde ben curato. Camera ampia con spazio esterno altrettanto ampio e fruibile.
Colazione varia e buona (soprattutto la parte dei dolci) e servita all'aperto.
Ho apprezzato l'impegno ad evitare gli sprechi.

Obiekt ma wiele dziwnych i absurdalnych zasad, których moim zdaniem nie powinno być w poważnym obiekcie, takich jak:
1. maksymalnie 3 napoje do śniadania
2. informacja o tym, że nałożenie na śniadanie więcej niż się zje skutkuje dodatkową opłatą,
3. straszenie dodatkową opłatą jeżeli w pokoju nie pozostawi się porządku na koniec pobytu,
4. wprowadzenie opłaty 3 eur za skorzystanie z ręczników kąpielowych.

The most luxurious stay for a very reasonable price. Don’t hesitate!
Pros:

They put so much thought into every detail, what an incredible place. 10/10, would come back in a heartbeat. Fantastic breakfast, 3 great pools, the restaurant is very nice. The rooms are clean, spacious and so private. I’ve never felt more pampered. Sad to leave!

Silenzioso e accogliente, colazione da 10/10. Strepitosa!
Pros:

La struttura è elegante e silenziosa, nonostante sia molto autentica, immersa nelle campagne di Noto. L’ho trovata pulita e bella da vedere, oltre che accogliente e in una comoda posizione rispetto al mare e a Noto.
Mi sono piaciute soprattutto la colazione straordinaria, la piscina molto intima e pulita e la disposizione delle camere nella campagna, un refrigerio durante le calde notti d’estate.

Cons:

A voler essere pignola, trovo che il light lunch a Terra dei Limoni, la struttura evidentemente collegata e gemella, sia organizzato male. Pochi piatti, non proprio esilaranti, nessun menù che consenta di valutare le alternative prima di sedersi a tavola, tutto piuttosto improvvisato. Noi ci siamo dovute alzare dal tavolo per assenza di alternativa adatte alla mia dieta.

Un soggiorno davvero speciale
Pros:

Ho soggiornato in questi giorni a Villa Felicia e posso dire di aver avuto un’esperienza davvero bellissima.
Il primo aspetto che voglio assolutamente sottolineare è la gentilezza, la disponibilità e l’attenzione di tutto lo staff. Tutti si sono dimostrati sempre cordiali e pronti a venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti.
Ho avuto un piccolo problema con il condizionatore della mia stanza e, senza esitazione e senza pensarci due volte, mi è stato immediatamente proposto un cambio di struttura. Sono stata così spostata da Villa Felicia a Terra dei Limoni, dove mi è stata assegnata una bellissima camera di livello superiore. Un gesto che ho apprezzato davvero tantissimo: non solo hanno risolto immediatamente il problema, ma lo hanno fatto con una disponibilità e un’attenzione che non sono affatto scontate.
E devo dire una cosa: tra Villa Felicia e Terra dei Limoni non saprei davvero dire quale sia più bella! Sono entrambe strutture meravigliose, curate e immerse nel verde, anche se ognuna ha le proprie caratteristiche.
A Villa Felicia c’è una piscina più piccola, ma davvero molto bella e raccolta, mentre a Terra dei Limoni ci sono altre due piscine, tra cui una splendida piscina a sfioro con acqua salata. È stato davvero piacevole poter vivere entrambe le realtà.
Le camere sono nuove, pulitissime e dotate di ogni comfort, e tutta la struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, in una location spettacolare immersa nella natura.
Una nota di merito particolare va alla colazione, veramente ricca e varia, in grado di soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza e qualsiasi palato, con una scelta ampia e curata.
Non ho avuto occasione di provare il ristorante durante questo soggiorno, ma mi riservo assolutamente di farlo alla prima occasione, perché sarà un ottimo motivo per tornare!

Aksam yemegi icin restauranti iyi ve anlasmali olduklari plajlari cok güzeldi bizim icin rezervasyon yaptilar 2 gün 30 dk araba ile gittigimiz o plajda denize girdik.

Cons:

Oda ufak bungalov gibi fiyata göre daha iyi olabilir kahvalti tatli kismi cok genis ama kahvalti tarafi da desteklenebilir. Havuz ufak ama kardes otelin havuzunu kullanabilirsiniz.

-Leckeres Frühstück, 3 Getränke incl wie Kaffee oder Cappuccino
-Saubere Zimmer
-Bequeme Betten
-Kleiner Gartenbereich vor dem eigenem Zimmer
Parkplätze direkt vor der Villa
-Saubere Poolanlage. Man darf sogar 2 weitere schöne Pools des anderen Hotels nutzen. Dieses ist aber nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt
-Sehr hilfsbereites Personal
-man bekommt Wasserflaschen zum auffüllen für 0,50 Euro- sehr nachhaltig und toll für die Umwelt

Internet in den Zimmer etwas schlecht
Rührei sollte warm gehalten werden
