Pros:

酒店位置特别好，我们参观累了就回酒店歇一会儿继续外出，非常方便。离T1线车站近，出门也便捷。早餐有很多橄榄和奶酪，住久了不喜欢，订了mini套，房间挺宽敞，前台员工很友善，及时提醒我们预定去机场的车辆、怎样下载当地叫车软件等，很为住客着想。

Cons:

After our third night at this hotel, I discovered numerous bite-like marks on my arms and legs, along with blood stains on the bedsheets, raising serious concerns about bed bugs.

After reporting the issue, the hotel moved us to another room and washed some of our clothes. However, no explanation or assurance of professional pest control was provided. Our backpacks and other belongings remained untreated, leaving us worried about bringing bed bugs home.

I could barely sleep during our final night due to stress and anxiety. Had we been staying any longer, we would definitely have moved to another hotel.

Even more concerning, I later discovered a September 2026 Tripadvisor review reporting bed bugs in two rooms at this same hotel.

A serious hygiene concern that potential guests should be aware of. I strongly recommend checking recent reviews before booking.

Pros:

Personnel tres aimable
La formule du petits dej change (variation de 2 ou 3 plats) tout en conservant la base habituelle..le petit dej comprend aussi des omelettes fraîches
La literie est confortable et la chambre (standard double) est tres correcte cote surface..tres bien aménagée parcequ elle contient des rangements

Ubicación excepcional y muy buen desayuno.

Cons:

Podrían esmerarse un poco más en el aseo de los baños. Las chicas lo hacen muy bien, cuando lo hizo un chico no quedó tan bien.

Pros:

First of all the location. It is right in the centre of old city with Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque in walking distances and very near to the tram station which you can use to access the whole city.

After that the services are awsome and staff is super friendly.

I recommend this hotel to all who are coming to Istanbul.

Cons:

The only thing i didn't liked was that the gym was too small.
