Amazing!
Pros:

The breakfast was an amazing selection of everything you could ask for tbh, the food was great! The location was stunning, was a 15 min walk to most tourist places bar the castle! The hotel staff were uber polite and really nice and helpful! Even provided a luggage drop off point after we checked out so we could explore the city unecumbered!

Cons:

There wasnt anything, I didn't like to be honest!

Staff in a five star hotel should be more helpful. When we checked in in the evening nobody helped us with the baggage and we were not even asked

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü, konumu iyi, temiz.

Cons:

Odada ücretsiz su yoktu. Genelikle başka otelerde her gün kişibaşı bir küçük su bedava verilir. Burada yoktu. Çay kave bitince yerine koymadılar.
