Abbott hotel was a pleasure
Pros:

staff was very good room service, reception, kitchen, restaurant all good. for people who need to do business around location is top and tuktuk available in the corner. Quite close to a nice mall at few mins by tuktuk. no complain. Thanks to all

Hotel's lift wasn't working which they didn't Inform prior.
My mother had knee issue and couldn't climb the stairs so they adjusted us in a room for 2 adults which was on lower floor and I had paid for 2 adults and 1 child
