отлично для тихого отдыха на шумном острове)
Pros:

очень вежливый персонал. нам посыпали лепестками постель и поставили красивые цветы в комнате и в ванне. это было очень приятно. выдают полотенца пляжные и воду. прям у отеля небольшой пляж. до лонгбич идти минут 20. очень тихий район. спали в абсолютной тишине. нас встретил сотрудник и помог с чемоданом. это было очень приятно.

Cons:

выселение в 11. но так почему-то везде на острове. хотелось бы как во всем мире, в 12.

Pros:

After moving from the deluxe triple, we went to reception and asked to move to a bungalow room instead and the staff were great with this request, they let us view the room we wanted to see and helped with our luggage to move to it, provided an extra child's bed and no issues at all with letting us move. This room had a much cleaner feeling and better.

The staff were all lovely.

Location is exactly what we wanted, away from all the hustle.

Pool area has umbrellas and chairs.

Cons:

We originally booked a deluxe triple room and when we got in we were disappointed with it. It was dark, had an unpleasant smell and no mesh curtains so either black out or none and people see in. The rooms need a fix up for sure, old, dark and smelly.

The safes in BOTH rooms are not attached to anything so someone can literally lift the safe and walk off.

They only provide one key so when you leave the power turns off and so does the fridge which is not ideal especially for our daughters medication.

Breakfast doesn't have many options and is very basic. If you aren't fussed then no issues but for our kids they'd only eat the watermelon which was only fruit on option.

The pools have a lot of broken / chipped tiles so the kids had a view cuts to their knees and toes from climbing in and out and is heavily chlorinated ruining our swimsuits.

If this hotel got updated and minor repairs it would be value for money.

Location was absolutely fine. Slightly out of the central hub of Phi Phi, 10 minute lazy walk. The staff were great. 7-11 store very close by.

Cons:

The huts are definitely in need of a revamp, they are looking tired. I did look through the windows of a few to find out whether it was just mine, it wasn't. At the end of the day i would mark it down for this BUT I really didn't spend a lot of time in the room so it wasn't a huge issue.
Asking for a late checkout seemed to be an issue, we needed a shower and had to shower at the pool and get dressed in the restaurant toilet, this could have been managed better.

Petit déjeuner limite pour un établissement comme celui-ci. Pas de jus frais (que de l’industriel), pancakes limités, manque de plusieurs plats une heure avant la fermeture du restaurant …

La piscine est immense mais aurait quand même besoin d’être un peu rénové
Ainsi que les salles de bain mais reste parfaitement propre

Well I book 2 notes n stayed 3 my 3rd nite was the best n the first 2 sucked!

Cons:

The 1st 2 nights the bed was super hard I didn't have internet or hotwater in my room the 3rd night I moved to the next set of bungalows over n i had a bit softer n bigger bed hot water n internet! N the room had a nice smell as per not the 1st 2 nites!
