Pros:

Attention l’hôtel est fermé depuis janvier. Pour rénovation. Nous sommes arrivés à l’hôtel et le gérant a tout de suite trouvé une solution pour nous reloger. Nous avons été relogé sans supplément dans un superbe hôtel 5 étoiles et nous y avons été conduits en taxi. Le tout organisé par le gérant du Bliss hôtel. Donc nous ne pouvons pas évaluer cet hôtel mais avons énormément apprécié leur réactivité pour trouver une solution.

Ljubaznost osoblja na doručku i hrana.

Cons:

Wellnes se na slikama predstavlja vrlo exclusivan a u stvarnosti je to prepun maleni bazen u kojemu vas gledaju ljudi iz teretane jer je u jednom otvorenom prostoru.
Ne postoji odljenjeni ulazak u wellnes, nego iz sobe liftom u kupacima odlazite i vozite se do prizemlja gdije se nalaze recepcija i bazeni, također nema ogrtača ni ljetne obuće, nema ni papuča u sobama.
Iz apartmana smo gledali na ruševinu neke zgrade pored, a garaža nema dovoljno parkirnih mjesta, te za svaki izlazak iz garaze trebate prvo na recepciju koja u sljedećih 10min vam otvara rampu.
Prilikom 2 noci i 3 dana također garaža je bila prepuna pa smo ostali parking tražeći vani, i moleći recepciju da nas puste unutra..
Za ovaj novac, i ovakve slike, ne odgovaraju stvarnom stanju objekta, koji je zapušten i vrlo neodržavan.
Ne preporučam ništa osim same lokacije ( izuzevši pogled ) kojeg nema...

Nothing at all

Cons:

Awful Hotel. In dirty street full of tramps. Room was dirty, hot and just not nice. Sleep was non existent with noisy grumbling heaters that couldn't be turned off. Bed is basically a homemade style box with an extraordinarily uncomfortable mattress. Street noise all night. Only one socket serving bedside that’s used for a lamp so can’t charge phone by bed. Old old cobwebs in room.
Breakfast for €16.50 is a disgrace. How they manage to make the 'hot' food so cold is beyond me. Fried eggs were rubber, rock hard swimming in cold oil and were freezing. Hairs in cereal. Hot water for tea was Luke warm. Staff disinterested with no sense of pride in their work. Will we be back? 100% NO
