んーーーーチェックアウトの接客で全ては残念かも！！
Pros:

チェックイン時のスタッフの対応が久しぶりにシャキッとしたホテルマン！と感じる100点満点の方が対応で気持ちよかった。
それと、夜中の0時過ぎに近隣の部屋の子供が走り回るなどかなりの迷惑客だったがフロントに連絡すると、即座にスムーズに対応いただいた点◎。
まあ、近年のアパホテルとして考えるならば間違いなくレベル高いアパだと思う。
お部屋から新幹線の行き来が見れるのは電車好きにはたまらないかも～～！！

Cons:

チェックアウト時にフロントに立っていた女性スタッフはこの近年よく居るホテルマンとしてどうなのと感じる事務的な無愛想な感じは、間違いなく次ぎここのホテル利用するかの時に選択はずれる振る舞い。
接客業と言うこと忘れるなら工場で働けばいいのに。
チェックイン時のスタッフが100点満点中、150点だっただけにとても残念。
対応する方によって大きな違いがあるのは正直残念と言わざる終えない。んーやっぱりアパか？
それならどこかのホテルみたいに完全ロボット、人は対応しないホテルにすれば？と思った。

電車旅なら最高の立地です☺️
Pros:

駅の目の前でコンビニも近いです。
お部屋はコンパクトですが使い勝手がいいです。

Cons:

駐車場がわかりにくくて停めるまでに時間がかかりました。

駅近はとても便利
部屋も清潔だったのでよかった。
飲食店は、ホテルすぐ近くにはないが、歩いてほんの４、５分くらいのところにはファミレスや居酒屋系のお店があるので、夕食に困らないでしょう。

Cons:

部屋内のバス・トイレへの段差が、大きい。２０センチくらい？
膝が悪い人や年配の人には辛いと思います。
全部の部屋がそうなのかはわかりませんが。

Pros:

行き先が笠松だったため、岐阜市内ではなく岐阜羽島駅前を検討、宿泊した。さらに場所を考慮して最終日は大垣を訪問することができた。全体を通して交通の便がとてもよかった

Great stuff but the rooms were too small. I stayed APA in different locations before but they were all small. I booked there because booking.com, which I’m thinking those rooms make the Americans happy. Too small, my husband and I were comparing the rooms in cruise ships. I think someone from booking.com need to see every hotel if those would fit Americans’ needs.
