I love how clean the room is.

Cons:

The staff in the check-in area did not give any greetings nor instructions. She just handed me the card. Also only one card was given so me and my husband would need to both go if we need something downstairs because the lights will automatically turn off if we remove the card from the slot. The staff with blue long polo sleeves staying in the entrance is more friendly and accommodating. There are only 2 pillows in the room and were too bulky and too high for the head when lying down. The air conditioning unit was so old that it does not cool the room enough. Turning the fan on didn’t help. No complimentary water or anything just the liquid soap but you can buy one at the lobby. The white towels are a bit dark.

We did not sleep because of zero soundproofing
Pros:

The staff and security are plesant, courteous, and helpful.

Cons:

There is no sound proofing. We cannot sleep because of the vehicles passing Shaw Boulevard. We can hear EVERYTHING from motorcycles, cars, buses, ambulance, and even people passing.
