Access wise its good, poor in facilities (almost nothing)
Pros:

Access to nearby offices

Cons:

In rooms they offer nothing, at-least complementary water and Microwave could be added.
No phone extension facility in rooms, need to go to lift area to call reception.
No cupboards
AC is in their control always on 21.
No breakfast.
No GYm and pool
