Angenehmer Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Lage, Frühstück, Zimmerausstattung

Cons:

Bei jedem Betreten des Zimmers geht Fernseher an. Schwache Klimaanlage im Zimmer bei allerdings extremer Außentemperatur.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal. Sehr gute Lage, vor allem wenn man viel in der Hafencity unterwegs ist. Zimmer waren sehr ruhig, gut ausgestattet und komfortabel.

Cons:

Mich erstaunen die Preise für ein Frühstück immer wieder - halte ich persönlich nicht für angemessen

Gute Lage, tolles Hotel
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist grundsätzlich sehr gut gelegen in der Speicherstadt und nahe der Elphi. Vom Hauptbahnhof her gibt es einen Bus. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und die Betten sehr bequem.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist zu teuer und die Dusche hat eine grosse Glasfront gegen das Zimmer, es hat aber einen Vorhang zum es abzudecken, aber je nach dem mit wem man reist, ist dies nicht ideal

Schönes Hotel in toller Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich richtig gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstück richtig reichhaltig und lecker und die Betten total bequem.

Da fällt uns spontan nichts ein.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel. Die Aussicht war toll und alles war super gut auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer bat ausreichend Platz für meinen Sohn und mich. Das Frühstück war herausragend.

Cons:

Die Herzlichkeit kam für meinen Geschmack etwas zu kurz. Das ist jedoch Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Cons:

Alles Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, bis auf eine junge Frau an der Rezeption die sehr genervt wirkte und unprofessionell. Ein Herzliches Willkommen sieht anders aus.
Wenn das Hotel schon mit Nachhaltigkeit wirbt und der Gast die Handtücher offensichtlich nochmals benutzen möchte dann sollte das Reinigungspersonal dies auch so durchführen. Die Handtücher wurden täglich komplett gewechselt.
