Die Unterkunft an sich ist gut, wir hätten aber für den Preis etwas besseres erwartet.

Cons:

Das Personal war nicht in der Lage, pünktlich ein Taxi zu besorgen, als wir uns beschwert haben, weil andere Gäste offensichtlich bevorzugt wurden, reagierte das Personal fast patzig.

Läget är bra nära till både köpcenter och restauranger.

Cons:

Att vi bokat en junior svit och blir nergraderade till en premium. Jag frågade om det var lönt att klaga svaret var att allt är bokat så nej. Frågade också om det fanns badkar i rummet vilket vi ville ha då 3åringen gillar bada och med värmen som var hade ett större rum och balkong gjort vistelsen bättre. Hotellet tar dock inget ansvar för fel i sina bokningar vi fick gratis frukost men ingen återbetalning från hotellet eller rabatt på premium. Därmed är min åsikt att undvika att boka detta hotell, vi reser mycket och första gången som ett hotell inte tar fullt ansvar vid fel..
