Light housekeeping service is every 3 nights of stay and full housekeeping service is every 7 nights of stay. Cleaning will be carried out on Mondays – Saturdays. No cleaning service available on Sundays and public holidays.

Please note that other forms of identification, such as work permits, student passes, or ID proof from the SingPass App, will not be accepted., Physical IDs or passports are required for hotel check-ins in accordance with the National Registration Regulations (NRR).

Camera ben organizzata nonostante i mq, servizi nella struttura (refill acqua gratis all’ingresso, lavatrice ed asciugatrice all’interno della struttura), letto comodo, camere silenziose.
Bagno che si allagava un po’ dopo la doccia (sarebbe utile mettere una scopa tira acqua).

The hallway decor was a bit “bold” in comparison with the rooms, but really, this is minor!

Checking in and out was easy. Front desk staff are very friendly and approachable. Also the other staffs are helpful and kind. Location wise very accessible to public transport. Hotel is close to good local restaurants and some tourist spots. Rooms are very clean, they got shampoo, conditioner and body wash so no need to bring. The bar got live band every night. Hotel was in excellent location to enjoy Singapore.
The space was decent, there was no noise. The bed and the desk are big. I appreciate that there was a mini fridge in my room. Amenities were also good. I appreciate that my bathroom came with a bidet (by request). The common spaces are good - laundry, gym, kitchen. The breakfast buffet options were few, but enough to fill your stomach initially. Overall, it was really good for its price. It's near a lot of restaurants so food is no problem. It was only a few minutes walk from the MRT too.
My bedding had stains. I know they're clean but it's just not nice to look at. And their water refilling stations are only at Levels 1 & 2. If I was a person that needed special assistance, that would be difficult for me. It would be better if refilling stations are on each floor.
The staff was very kind and well-trained, and the train station was a short walk away.
Their policy to clean the room infrequently leads to the room being dirtier than one would like.
Nicely located hotel. Comfy bed. Awesome bar. The bartender was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Toilet was kinda smelly. I didn’t check in together with my husband and booking was under my name. I gave him screenshots of everything but they made him wait for quite long while because it’s not under his name. This is a cheap hotel not 5 star, even with my passport copy etc he had to sit and wait. Kinda crazy.
