Lovely location and decent value for where we stayed
Pros:

The location was excellent

Cons:

Staff could be a bit more friendly. Breakfast being served was a first for me, I'm used to self service. Service could be slow at times.

Pros:

Location, beach, overall facilities are good, nice ocean view

Cons:

The staff was unfriendly, and service at reception and in the restaurants was poor and rude. Some parts of the hotel are undergoing renovations, but I wasn't informed of this when I booked. The new management is trying to improve the staff behavior, and I hope they succeed.

I am coming back!!!
Pros:

The place is just beautiful, staff is friendly, accomodating and extremely pleasant. The breakfast was one of the main highlights of our stay. A mix of local and international dishes to choose from. Hats off to Mr. Joseph Morean for creating an amazing breakfast spread and also to Alana for the prompt, efficient service and information.

One thing to note, they should be mindful of the rooms and the smell. We opened our door to the room and even thought it was extremely clean,there was a musty smell, we were able to open both doors and fresh air rushed in and cleared the smell out.

Relaxation and peace
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing, the beach was beautiful, the place was clean, staff were very well accomodating, it was a truly lovely experience.
Hats off to Mr. Joseph Morean for creating an amazing breakfast spread and also to Alana for the prompt, efficient service and information.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was when we opened the door to our room for the first time, there was a musty smell. seems like the room had not been opened for a while, my wife and I opened both doors and fresh breeze rushed in and cleared the old scent.
