Love the upgrades…
Pros:

I usually stay at the Radisson when I travel to Grenada. I’ve been staying there since 2015 (yes, a loyal customer). However, this year was different. It was nice to see upgrades that was done in the hotel. In addition so many wonderful staff that was quite helpful. Poolside - Jude, Brian and Darion were excellent help when needed.
Front desk - Camalla was very helpful with my reservation and seeing that my needs were met. The security guard Alecia was sweet. Joseph (chef) in the main dining room during breakfast made sure that everyone had what they needed - he’s the BEST! Reiner went table to table to ensure everyone was doing well (the sweetest). It was great to be back and I’m happy and I hope that Radisson continues with their much needed upgrades. Keep up the good work.

STAFF MORAL IS EVEYTHING
Pros:

Fantastic place and location as always, I’ve been visiting every year for the past 4 yrs; sometimes four times for the year. I know most of the staff from visits and staff moral makes the place, without them; there’s no Radisson. Rooms are big and spacious and kept extremely clean. Housekeepers must be recognised.

It was all so wonderful, we created lots of beautiful memories here and will be forever grateful to all of those who made our trip so special! Big shoutout to Sheena and Rena! Fantastic Stay at the Radisson on Grand Anse Beach
Pros:

We had a fantastic two-week stay at the Radisson on Grand Anse Beach in Grenada and would definitely stay again!

We were lucky enough to have a ground-floor room, just a 10-second walk from the beach — you really couldn’t ask for a better location. The room was comfortable, clean and nicely presented, with both a fridge and air conditioning, which in Grenada are absolute necessities!

The whole hotel was very clean and well maintained, including the restaurant, where we enjoyed breakfast every day and dinner on a few occasions. Breakfast was delicious, plentiful and had a great choice, so there was always something to look forward to each morning. The grounds were also beautifully maintained and everything felt fresh and welcoming.

The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The pools were lovely, and the poolside bar was a definite bonus. We also enjoyed the evening entertainment, which added to the relaxed holiday atmosphere.

The location is excellent — right on Grand Anse Beach, with buses stopping directly outside the hotel, making it easy to get around. There’s also parking available and a small shopping area directly across the road with a pharmacy and other useful shops.

The only real downside for us was the Wi-Fi, which wasn’t the greatest. But honestly, when you’re 10 seconds from one of the most beautiful beaches, it’s probably a good excuse to put the phone down anyway!

There’s also a small gym, which I used a couple of times!

Both my son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel, location, staff and overall atmosphere made it a fantastic holiday, and we would have no hesitation in returning. Highly recommended!

In need of change
Pros:

Radisson is the go to when staying in Grenada however it is need of some changes. For starters, the flies were a major issue this visit. Although it is a Caribbean island and flies are normal, there are ways to minimize them from the guest experience.

Service is very slow amongst the staff at the bar/restaurant spots on the resort property. Waits are close at least an hour for food! Georgie’s Bar & Grill is most frequented however the owner doesn’t allow local Grenadian music to be played! Definitely ruins the vibe! Many of the staff are amazing people that we have gotten to know over the years (Rhondy, Dayna, Kezarie, Rena, etc)

The rooms are a bit outdated but not horrible. However on this visit we did experience a leaking ceiling and were not offered any compensation, just a room change down the hall. The showers this time had no tub and it was very easy for water to get everywhere in the small space available.

They are implementing a new towel service where you have to provide a towel card in exchange for your towel but if you have multiple guests in your room it gets annoying. Also, there is not always someone at the towel booth!

It is a great location on the beach and in town close to many stores and restaurants while being at an affordable price point. They are undergoing renovations so I hope that the next visit will be a better one.

Billing Rip Offs
Pros:

The reviews about billing "errors" are correct! The front desk refused to give me a statement when I checked on on 7-9-26. My credit card receipt was for $265ECD. However, my credit card was billed 431.81 US and the company has thus far refused to correct the mistake.

Service
Pros:

Food at the restaurant is extremely poor, prices are high. However the buffet for breakfast has variety. Pool is nice and easy access to beach. Bed mattress needs changing...not very good for sleeping. Washing clothes is expensive like 5 EC per piece. Tours are expensive it's cheaper to rent a vehicle and DIY.

Really, Radisson? You must do better!
Pros:

I don't even know where to begin. Of all the times my family and I stayed at Radisson, this was the absolute worst!

Cons
1. Leaking fridge (wine cooler), which was
recently replaced by the wine cooler. Just
dumb. Why take out the mini refrigerator
and replace it with a wine cooler, which
doesn't even cool the beverages properly.
Just dumb!!

2. New towel system--1 towel per guest...
SUCKS!!!! The new system would be fine if
their beach chairs were cleaned. They're
all filled with stain and bird poop.

3. No local music being played at the beach
bar. Apparently, the owner doesn't really
like the local music, but yet has a resort in
the heart of the Caribbean. Talk about
weird! I would've liked to experience that
local vibe. Also, please bring back the
local menu.

5. Understaffed!
Waiting over an hour for bar food is
unacceptable, especially during carnival
season. The resort should've planned for
the influx of visitors on the Island,
specifically at the resort due to its prime
location. The beach bar staff are clearly
overwhelmed by the shortage in staff.
They really tried their best.

6. Flies! Flies! Flies! Just disgusting and a
nuisance when trying to have a drink or
eat at the bar. Not sure why the owner
hasn't invested in a zapper. Something so
inexpensive would really be appreciated
by the guests, especially since that is
something we all spoke to one another
about daily. It is very hard to enjoy a meal
when you surrounded by flies. While
having coffee at the cafe, I spotted a
zapper. So there's one indoors, but not
outdoors. Again....WEIRD!

7. Housekeeping didn't adequately replace
towels/ clean the room, particularly the
shower.

8. Rooms are still outdated even after the
little upgrades that were done.

Pros:
1. The location is the absolute best!
2. The staff were amazing, specifically,
Rena, Candiace (my country sister), Hugh,
Rhondy, Akim, Linden, Dana, Riana, and
Azania They were all personalble. I really
enjoyed the friendly conversation while
having a drink at the beach bar.
