Pros:

All meals excellent, bar service good, front desk very helpful, beach and pools first class, location excellent. Housekeeping very good. Buisiness facilities ie internet need improving. Maybe paid internet for buisiness if first rate speeds.

Pros:

Front of house and ground staff were amazing. And polite. Dimitris was very professional and polite. He had a rude guest talking to him very abruptly,next to us and he was very polite to the rude guest.

Pros:

We enjoyed our time our time at Radisson Grenada Beach Resort. The staff were very friendly and the buffet breakfast was excellent.
There were plenty of places to relax and enjoy the beach
I would stay there again.

Cons:

The rooms were very clean but a bit dated.

Great cheescake
Pros:

We went to the Raddison on Saturday for the breakfast.
We had a great variety of pastries and cooked foods. Local juices and other fresh juices. But the best experience we had was when we bought the Nutmeg baked cheesecake. The taste was sensational and had our mouths tingling. It was great to taste, please keep up this fantastic work within the bakery line.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Shame the hotel wasn't all inclusive.

Cons:

Unfortunately for us, the hotel was under going renovations. So majority of the restaurants were closed and not a lot of evening entertainment.

Good location hotel for Grand Anse Beach
Pros:

Location right at Grand Anse Beach. Nice large swimming pools. Cordial staff.

Cons:

Average quality of breakfast overall. Staff service not exceptional. For price paid per night we expect a higher quality breakfast and staff service. Quality of toilet paper is cheap and not appropriate for a Radisson hotel grade facility.

Pros:

The hotel used to be beautiful but the rooms aren’t renovated only fluorescent lighting in the rooms, poor water pressure, sliding glass doors that don’t seal, but the bedding was good at least. An alarm in the hall that wouldn’t turn off! The food was gross. Basmati rice that tasted like minute rice but worse. The island is known for its spices but they apparently don’t use any. The desserts are flavorless. Good way to lose weight. The people are nice and nature is beautiful but that’s it! I could go on but….

Ok so let’s be clear this property has major upsides and major downsides. The location is amazing. The pool is amazing. The staff are not (on average - see below)

Cons:

It’s a reallly weird vibe this one. The property and the location in situ are great. Like amazing. And I get that this is the property’s main appeal. But the staff really let this place down. I completely get that there is a relaxed “Caribbean vibe” at play here. However, a lot of the time the service is downright bad. I kind of feel bad for the minority of staff at this place who actually care and GAF, unfortunately the majority do not GAF and this really takes away from the experience.

One key tip - make breakfast self serve.
Like seriously, what is service accomplishing here? Everyone waits longer to receive smaller portions? The staff who do this service clearly hate it. Just let them off, let people pick the food they want…

An enjoyable stay overall.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The gardens and grounds were beautiful and well kept. Lovely pools. Close proximity to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants and everything else was fantastic!

Cons:

There could have been a bit more variety for breakfast especially for kids. I would have liked more healthy breakfast options such as granola and plain yoghurt
Mango and more fresh fruit options would have been a plus.
A hot tub on the grounds and night entertainment would have helped to make it a perfect stay.

I would not hesitate to stay here again.
Pros:

This hotel is very conveniently located. It was great just stepping from the hotel onto grand anse beach. Had a small shopping Center close by.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. Minor point could do with bathroom update.
