Fantastic stay, would be going again
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was beautiful (an entire stretch of beach that was as calm and clear as a swimming pool).

Great location, great food, beautiful beach snd courteous staff.
Pros:

I enjoyed their complimentary breakfast, the cleanliness and depth of the beach and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Kudos to officers Shonally Duncan, Kemron and Andre.

Cons:

Entertainment ended too early on weekends. I expect the bars to stay open later than 10pm.

Pros:

Majority of the staff were very friendly always greeting guests.The buffet breakfast was nice had different options. The grounds were very spacious and the beach was right there.

Great location with great beach access and beautiful views.
Pros:

Great location. Loved the beach access. Opulent landscaping. Great overall atmosphere.

Cons:

Cleanliness was good but could be kicked up a bit. Could also use better coffee availability.

Messaging the property before arrival
Pros:

When I eventually got a room, the hotel was great.

Cons:

I arrived in Grenada at 8:00am on a Sunday, so booked from the Saturday night so I could have a room to go directly into when I arrived. I messaged a few days before arriving and explained that I will not arrive on the Saturday evening but early Sunday morning.
When I arrived at the hotel I was told that I had lost my booking because I did not arrive on the Saturday evening. The staff on the desk was very unhelpful. She said they don't receive the messages and only respond to emails and phone calls. I had to rebook but only from Sunday. That meant I had to wait till 3pm before getting a room.

The rest of the stay was fantastic. The room was comfortable, clean and up to standard. Breakfast was excellent and staff were mostly extremely helpful.

I explained to the manager what had occurred on arrival and she was very understanding and indicated that she would clarify the issue with the staff member on reception. I was given a late check out as a courtesy which was very considerate.

Outstanding experience, it was like home away from home, will cherish these memories for lifetime.
Pros:

I really enjoyed how close we were to the beach and local amenities, the views of grand anse beach from our balcony, the grounds were immaculately kept and the foliage, flowers and trees were so beautiful. I also joined in the hotel activities of the morning walk on the beach and surrounding areas, followed by the stretching and afternoon dance class lead by Akeem and Dylen, who were superb and very knowledgeable. The food on offer was a mixture of traditional cuisine and other pasta options etc. I ate the traditional meals and really enjoyed it, well seasoned, clean and nourishing. Also the breakfast buffet was amazing! The tastes were sensational and I know I’ve increased in size lol. Thank you to Chef Joseph and his outstanding team of chefs and Kendra G with her excellent team of waiting staff. All were impeccable and very attentive. Also I should say that they have the best chocolate cake I’ve tasted and an incredible nutmeg cheesecake which you have to try! My mother and I stayed in the hotel together and she absolutely loved her time, especially the friendliness and politeness of the staff. We will be back soon. Thank you Alexa and Esther.

Cons:

Our room offered a superior view however I can see that the hotel is undergoing some upgrades and so I hope the rooms to the left of the property will also benefit in due time. (Curtains, tv, etc.) But I would still stay in the same room without the upgrades as it was very comfortable and well maintained daily by the housekeeping staff.
