Great Food, Great Staff, Great Holiday

My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff are incredibly professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The service is truly at a very high level.
The food was delicious and offered a great variety. To be honest, I have no idea why some people complain about it. Reading some reviews, you'd think they expected lobster, caviar, and a Michelin-starred chef waiting just for them
The swimming pool is fantastic - clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing.
The dinner buffet costs €20 (and there are sometimes discounts), which is excellent value for money. You can enjoy a wide variety of tasty dishes, while in many restaurants nearby you would easily pay the same amount for just one main course.
Of course, no place is perfect. Some rooms could benefit from a light cosmetic renovation, but this is a very large hotel, and maintaining such a property is not an easy task. Despite that, everything was clean and comfortable.
Overall, my experience with this hotel has been fantastic. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with excellent service and great food.

Pros:

La ubicacion es excepcional, las instalaciones de la azotea -piscina tambien muy buenas. Todo impecable. Desayuno buffet abundante y variado. La cafetería de la azotea (aunque se paga aparte ) también recomendable para comer algo. Y la cama comodisima.

Imposible dormir, hay una terraza enfrente con música muy muy alta hasta las 00:00 y un bar justo debajo con gente cantando a un volumen altísimo hasta las 23:00
Estás cenando en el comedor y retumba la mesa
Debería avisar de estos inconvenientes antes de alojar a alguien teniendo en cuenta los precios de dicho hotel
Según el hotel la prioridad es el huésped pero si no se puede descansar todo lo demás se desmantela, cuidar al huésped es respetar su descanso

Imposible dormir, hay una terraza enfrente con la música muy muy alta hasta las 00:00 o más y un restaurante con cantantes hasta las 23:00, retumba hasta la mesa del comedor mientras se cena
La prioridad del hotel es el huésped pero sí no se puede descansar en condiciones a pesar de las instalaciones, comida, personal...todo esto pasa a un segundo plano, si realmente se quiere cuidar a la gente se le ha de respetar su descanso, siendo esto muy complicado si tiene una habitación junto a esta terraza o restaurante
Debería de avisar el hotel por esto, por el precio que tiene el alojamiento uno merece descansar adecuadamente

Repetimos experiencia porque es un sitio ideal, ubicación, servicios y personal muy atento. Retrasamos la salida unas horas en la zona de piscina, compensando el día anterior nublado.

Cons:

El parking está en reforma pero hay alternativas por la zona, a la llegada tenían una avería eléctrica que fue subsanada sin mayores perjuicios para nuestra estancia.
