Petit dejeuner extraordinaire!! Un choix comme nous n en avons jamais vu malgrés de nombreux voyage. Le plus: personnel de l accueil parle le français. Personnels tres souriant 😃, emplacement ideal pour visiter , nous recommandons vivement.

Cons:

Pas de parking c est bien dommage car TRES difficile de trouver une place dans la rue, on a trouvé a 10 minutes de marche

Pros:

Мы, четыре сестры и зять, провели неделю в данном отеле. Все три номера, как я и просила при бронировании, были предоставлены рядом. За что я благодарна. Так как мы все люди 60+ это было очень удобно общаться с сестрами. Балкон с завораживающим видом на океан. Мы пили чай вечерами на балконе. Расположение самого Отеля это просто восторг. Первая линия, кафе, рестораны , магазины, маяк, бассейны - все в пешей доступности. Вечерами из ресторанов слышна приятная музыка в живом испонении, много танцующих , мы тоже потанцевали под испанские ритмы. После 23 ч - тишина и слышен шум волн. Красота. Наверху отеля также есть бассейн и хороший ресторан при нем. Мы там обедали пару раз. Вид сверху вообще неописуемо красивый. Ресторан и бассейн наверху кстати работают с 10-11 до 18 ч, в субботу до 19 ч. Полотенца для бассейна плучаете наверху по квиточку, который выдают на стойке регистрации (оставляешь небольшой залог). Персонал на стойке регистрации очень приветливый, говорят и на английском и на испанском и на немецком. Номера чистые, мусор убирали вовремя, туалетной бумаги достаточно. Обслуживающий персонал номеров приветливый, прибирали номер каждый день. Завтрак в отеле очень достойный. Разнообразные блюда, фрукты, овощи, там тебе и вареные яйца и хорошо прожаренная яичница и омлет простой и омлет с беконом и глазунья и сосиски, жареный сыр и много других вкусностей. Повар стоит тут же и при необходимости исполняет ваши капризы(смайл). Зал большой и уютный. Персонал очень внимательный. Мы благодарны за приятные впечатления. Спасибо.

Cons:

Хотела бы внести небольшое предложение отелю : чтобы погладить туристу нужно на стойке регистрации отдать вещи на глажку (цены по прейскуранту) и позже забрать. Я бы предпочла бы гладить самой (особенно мелкие вещи и белье) в специально отведенной комнате-гладильне. На каждом этаже или хотя бы на одном этаже. Это было бы удобнее и быстрее для туриста. Но может этого не делают в целях пожаробезопасности. В любом случае мне было это неудобно. Следующий раз возьму свой маленький дорожный паровой утюжок.
И второе: еще я бы пососветовала отелю в комнаты ставить бумажные салфетки в коробке. Это было бы приятно и удобно. Это все мелочи и общее впечатление от Отеля не испортило.

Si je reviens à Puerto de la Cruz, je reprendrais cet hôtel.
Pros:

J’ai passé un très court moment dans l’hôtel qui m’a servi du lieu intermédiaire jusqu’au départ à ma destination finale, le parc de Teide .
Il est face à l’océan, et à deux pas de MacDo, un point de repère majeur pour la petite ville de Puerto de la Cruz. La station de taxi à ces deux pas aussi - ce qui est particulièrement pratique.
L’hôtel offre des services multiples, les chambres sont grandes et confortable.

Only morning coffee
Pros:

We have never stayed at the hotel but we visit the rooftop cafe every morning when in Tenerife for morning coffee and enjoy the wonderful view while we spend a very pleasurable hour served by always pleasant staff. Recommend
