Accommodation has trade offs of good and bads, but overall we did enjoy our stay there.
Pros:

The staff was very nice! The room was exactly what we were looking for to accommodate 3 without a bunk bed because it would have been hard for my mom to climb into.

Cons:

The heater could only be turned up so high or it made a noise, beds were a little hard, but soft pillows. Mold in the bathroom on ceiling. The shower wasn’t the best and water got everywhere. Outside of the mold overall appearance of the bathroom was nice. Mirror that lit up, one that magnified and came out close. Hairdryer available.

Pros:

Bien placer et la chambre était propre

Cons:

Les lampes de chevet ne fonctionnaient pas donc des difficultés pour se déplacer la nuit pour les toilettes
Que des rideaux aux fenetres pas de stores donc chaleur dans la chambre sans clim
Impossible de régler la luminosité de la télé
Pas de verre pour boire de l’eau par ces fortes chaleurs
De grosses lacunes pour un prix de chambre assez élevé

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en hielp direct als nodig.

Cons:

De badkamer stonk naar de riolering en was niet super schoon. Deze was ook erg klein en je kon bijna niet goed op de wc zitten, want dan zat je klem tussen de wasbak en wc. Het had veel vochtplekken. De verf bladderde af door vochtplekken op de muur en plafond. Bedden waren slecht en ingezakt. Geen koelkastje, geen airco. Erg gehorig. Er wordt gedeald in de straat, ongure types hangen er rond. De straat stinkt naar urine.

Not fancy, but friendly, clean, and in a great location.
Pros:

Very friendly and comfortable, and in a great location. My room was spacious, simple, and very clean - exactly what I needed. It faced the street, but it was not too noisy. The price for three nights was extremely reasonable for Paris. It's an interesting part of the city that is not too touristy, but is within walking distance (30 min) of the Louvre and Notre Dame. I was visiting a friend who lives nearby, so the hotel was perfect. All the staff were very welcoming.

Cons:

Not a dislike, but breakfast was a little simple on a tray. Perhaps some fruit?

les finitions de la salle de bain sont totalement à revoir, la literie est vraiment horrible, il y a des fourmis partout .... même au 5 ème étage SANS ASCENSEUR !
Le pire.... le quartier ... je ne reviendrais jamais à cause de ca, nous etions deux femmes de 30ans, impossible de sortir après 18h, une ruelle malfamé, des trafiquants partout, des groupes de 10-15 personnes.En journée ca va mais après 18h hors de question de sortir... pas en sécurité du tout
