Goede lokatie maar de faciliteiten op de kamer kunnen beter.

Geen koffie en thee op kamer ( daar moest ik om vragen en dan zelf het kookplaatje met kopje enz naar boven dragen). Geen kast of kleerhangers.
De douchekop was niet verstelbaar.

Чисто, гарний сніданок. Зручне ліжко. Розташування нормальне, зручно що поруч вокзал. Зовсім поруч є Jumbo.

Cons:

Ми приїхали в 13.30 орієнтовно. Заселення з 14 і нам сказали що номер готовий, але за ранній заїзд треба заплатити 25 евро. Дуже дивна політика, якщо лишилось пів годинки. Але якщо ви зареєстровані в їх програмі лояльності, ви можете заселятись безкоштовно) добре що дівчина на рецепції про це повідомила.

Accoglienza algida, ci si sente dei seccatori che hanno pagato, non degli ospiti.
Stanza molto molto piccola, troppo per due persone. Per appendere una giacca bisogna scavalcare l'altro. In bagno solo un asciugamano a testa, con il quale devi asciugarti dal viso ai piedi al resto... meno male che siamo stati solo una notte.
Nessuna amenità, una kettle per farsi un tè o un caffè... devi per forza vestirti e scendere; ormai ce l'hanno pure i b&b, le pensioni, gli ostelli... Ibis no, peccato.

Warm sfeervol hotel maar klant inzicht vermogen is er niet

Ontbijt en grote mooie kamers, aankleding in het hel pand zeer sfeervol en warm

Cons:

Ik boekteeen 2 persoonskamer met obtbijt gratis, voor mijn vrienden ook zo'n zelfde kamers met gratis ontbijt.
Online vulde ik de hoofdgast in, er was geen plaats waar ik de andere gasten kon vermelden.
Bij het inchecken, mijn man had vanwege drukte besloten om naar huis te gaan, en waren wij met zn 3en.
. De receptioniste zei dat ik dan nog 1 ontbijt moest betalen....
Ik boek 2x een 2persoonskamet met ontbijt zonder annuleren, dus inprincipe 4x ontbijt en ik moet voor 1 ontbijt nog betalen?!?!?!?
Sorry, betaal 218,00 euro
Heb geprobeerd uit te leggen aan receptioniste, maar kon gewoon 19,00 euro betalen.
Ik vind dit niet kunnen en wil het geld voor ontbijt 19,00 terug.
Dus hoe gaan we dit oplossen?
