Pros:

The nearness to aeon n massage places

Cons:

The receptionist took my credit card for a rm100 and then later told me it would be refunded 2 weeks later. Had I paid cash it would hv been immediate refund. I asked her why she didn't explain earlier. She said her job is to explain later. For every question I asked, she ran in to get the answer from her manager and it took 10 minutes. I asked her 4 questions and wasted 40 minutes of my time. The bed in booking . Com was large sized but it was just a queen sized bed. What a misrepresentation!!!

Good and comfy
Pros:

Everything is good, the room is cozy too!

Cons:

Actually i didn't want the breakfast but all packages includes breakfast. I hope that in future, there are options without breakfast.

Perfect base for a family weekend trip
Pros:

We stayed at Hotel Granada for a short family trip and it was a great choice. The room was surprisingly spacious for all of us, and the housekeeping team did a wonderful job keeping everything tidy. What we loved most was the convenience; being just a walk away from AEON Bukit Indah meant we could easily settle dinner and do some light shopping with the kids. The atmosphere is grand and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back
