I highly recommend this hotel. I’d say it is the best location of all of the Onna hotels.
Pros:

Very, very nice hotel in a great location. It’s a short walk to many restaurants and a Family Mart and two Lawson’s.
The staff were all super friendly and extremely helpful.
The water pressure in the shower is good and the bathroom products are beautiful.
We had a great sea view from our room.

Cons:

The bed is a little hard and the pillows aren’t great either.
The shower has a shower curtain over the bath. I’m not a fan of shower curtains for hygiene reasons.
The Restaurants in the hotel are all quite expensive by Japanese standards.

Smukt sted. Ok gode spise steder omkring. Man skal have en bil til at komme rundt, men ret frusterende at man skal betal
Pros:

Super smukt sted. Rent, pænt og mange faciliteter. Personalet var søde. Dog dårlige til engelsk. Værelset stort med flot udsigt
Onsen helt fantastisk.
OBS på at der er ikke noget at snorkle efter ved stranden i nærheden. Kun få fisk. Så dog en hav slange.

Cons:

At der hele tiden skulle betales ekstra for faciliteterne. Ved poolen skulle der betales for de “behagelige” liggestole. Ved stranden skulle der betales for brugen af strandstole. Vi fik 2 stk selvom vi var 4. Man skulle betale ca1500 yen for et stole sæt. Det er ikke beløbet der irriterer, men at man skal betale for det på ens egn hotel når man bor der i 7 dage.

Morgenmads buffeten var fantastisk, men selve restauranten var som en kantine. Slet ikke 5 stjernet standard. Larm og for mange mennesker. Det var en hektisk morgenmad og på ingen måde afslappet atmosfære. Kaffen er fra en automat der ikke smagte godt. Personalet var dog meget søde.
Vær obs på at i indendørs poolen er de meget strenge med at børn under 12 år ikke må være i poolen alene uanset hvor gode svømmere de er. Selvom poolens dybde er 1.2m skal der være en voksen i poolen konstant.

飯店的設施很多，還有室內球池很適合帶小朋友來玩！
走出去就是海邊，還有戶外泳池，深度不會太深
如果遇到下雨天，還有室內泳池可以去（很貼心的是溫水泳池）
飯店位置很棒！走出去就有幾間不錯吃的餐廳還有Lawson
來了兩次沖繩 這次的飯店住宿體驗真的很棒！

硬體出色，但處處額外收費，缺乏高級度假飯店應有的款待感
Pros:

• 飯店硬體設施新穎且維護良好，房間裝潢質感佳，隔音表現優秀。
• 早餐雖然尖峰時段需要等候，但叫號系統規劃不錯，實際等待體驗尚可。
• 員工服務態度友善且有禮。

Cons:

• 一般房型住客無法將車停放於室內停車場，需升級俱樂部房型才能使用，體驗不佳。（實際觀察Club Lounge內容相當陽春，僅提供簡單飲料與點心，營業時間短，與房價不成比例。）
• 房間清潔細節有待加強，入住時發現蜘蛛網及前一位住客留下的明顯痕跡。
• 「高級豪華套房」景觀不如預期，房間位置偏遠，窗外景觀大部分為停車場與泳池，海景比例有限。
• 房型樓層安排也讓我有些疑問。訂房頁面標示客房位於5–11樓，但由於泳池及停車場位於2樓，因此5樓其實是4樓。我入住期間觀察到，同樓層幾位住客皆是透過訂房網站預訂，因此讓我感覺訂房網站客人似乎較容易被安排在較低樓層。不過這只是我個人的觀察，未必代表飯店實際分房政策。
• 泳池規模偏小，且躺椅數量不足。大量躺椅需額外付費，沙灘躺椅更是全面收費（俱樂部房型除外），以339間客房的規模來說明顯不足。
• 風勢稍大時即全面收起陽傘，導致付費躺椅的使用價值大幅降低。
• 早餐品質普通，以此價位帶的度假飯店而言缺乏特色與精緻度。
• 冰箱冷藏效果不佳。

這間飯店最大的優勢在於硬體設施，但在許多服務項目上都採取額外收費或權益分級的做法，容易讓人產生「處處要加價」的感受。真正優秀的度假飯店除了硬體之外，更重要的是讓旅客感受到被照顧與被款待。很可惜，雖然員工都很友善，但整體制度與服務設計並未讓我感受到高級度假飯店應有的賓至如歸。

We received vouchers to use at the hotel which was really nice.
They also have a very good spa..

Cons:

The location was less convenient It was difficult to find non-Japanese restaurants in the area It required an hour or more of travel to another area so we didn't like that much

Beautiful hotel, great location, restful stay!
Pros:

The property is beautiful . We enjoyed the pool and hotter/bath area. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We booked an upgraded ocean view room which I think was worth the additional price.

Cons:

The food at the buffet was ok but not worth the price.

Schönes Strandhotel - aber die Frühstücksituation nimmt einiges wieder weg.
Pros:

Die Pools, der Strand und die Aussicht waren wunderbar.

Cons:

Wer Ruhe beim Frühstück braucht ist hier fehl am Platz. Das Hotel ist sehr auf Kinder ausgerichtet.
