Unfortunately: not relaxed, boring and overpriced
Pros:

The hotel is located in a quieter, more local area, with plenty of authentic Okinawan restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a beautiful ocean view. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were consistently kind and helpful. The international breakfast buffet offered a good variety of choices, and the food was fresh and delicious.

Cons:

The breakfast reservation system is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Having to wake up at 5:30 AM just to reserve a breakfast slot is not what we expect from a relaxing holiday. We don’t want to set an alarm every morning while on vacation. Without a reservation, you can expect to wait at least 60 minutes.

There are also far too many rules and restrictions around the beach and swimming pool areas, which take away from the relaxing resort atmosphere. The beach chairs are of surprisingly poor quality for a hotel of this standard; however free.

There is a lack of entertainment for adults. Almost everything is aimed at children, and there is no proper bar where you can enjoy a drink and relax, especially around the pool area. After three days, we honestly started to get bored.

The hotel restaurants are extremely overpriced. Fortunately, there are plenty of excellent and more reasonably priced restaurants nearby.

Brilliant family accommodation.
Pros:

Stunning bay views in Onna made this the ultimate peaceful getaway after the fast pace of Tokyo and Osaka. We were thoroughly impressed by our room, which offered plenty of space to unwind, along with excellent facilities, friendly staff, and an impressive breakfast. While we stayed as a couple, it's worth noting how family-friendly the hotel is, with plenty of amenities for kids.

Cons:

While we gladly paid top dollar for the room itself, which certainly delivered on both the views and facilities, the experience was let down by an exceptionally hard, uncomfortable bed. On top of that, the cost of the optional extras felt excessive. I know resort-style pricing is expected, but paying over ¥5,000 for a pool cabana and ¥1,100 for a simple drink when local spots charge less than half, felt like a stretch. Hearing that a nearby hotel provided free facility access and far more affordable drinks made it hard to justify spending extra here, so we ended up skipping the pool area and other facilities altogether.

Pros:

設備が綺麗で、プールもビーチも楽しめました。
子供向けのプール、マリンアクティビティ、クラフトもあり楽しんでいました。

Cons:

大浴場は湯船が2個しかなくやや物足りなく感じました。
バスで行くと、前の道からホテルロビーまでがやや長く感じました。
モーニングビュッフェはかなりの順番待ちが生じていましたが、予め説明をしてくれており、部屋からWebで順番の申し込みができたので問題なかったです。

Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Pools and beach are very nice. Tea lounge and free drink service was great. Very nice staff.

Cons:

Although it was quite expansive and we paid the extra for the spa and baths it didn’t include all facilities- for example you still needed to pay extra for a cabana or bed at the pool.
Also the breakfast hall was very busy, and sometimes had a wait time of an hour which was very uncomfortable.
The staff were very nice and helpful but did not know a lot of English.

朝食が大変おいしかった。刺身やローストビーフがおいしく、ビュッフェ形式で自分の好きな量を食べられるのが良かった、
部屋の設備もよく、朝目覚めた時の海の景色が最高だった。
室内プールやタイガービーチ、大浴場などを利用させていただき、とても良い宿泊経験となった。

ジムは特に利用価値を感じなかった。ジムを別料金にして、ビーチと大浴場だけを楽しむプランがあってもいいと思った。

Great hotel!
Rooms are excellent and spatious. Beds are very comfy.
The indoor swimming pool and onsen are nice, and we liked the outdoor pool as well.
Staff are excellent, very friendly and professional.
Breakfast buffet has lots of food options.
Good location in Onna area. Close to many restaurants and shops.

Cons:

Breakfast booking system should be changed. You have to wake up and join an online queue for an hour. Queue opens at 5:30am.
The gym lacks a range of equipment.

Excellent
Pros:

Staff is super nice, helpful and polite. Room is spacious and very clean. We feel very enjoyable to stay in Monterey. There is an elevator can go down to the beach. We love the sauna and hot spring/bathing. Even there is a fee but it’s reasonable. The hotel itself is beautiful as well. Nice view and good location. Highly recommended!

Cons:

Some weird smell in the corridor and the room. Need to wait for the breakfast as it’s always full. Even tho you can get the ticket on the phone, but need to wake up early for that. A little bit inconvenient.
