Ok, overrun with families and young kids.

Nice beach and pool

Cons:

The air con in the common areas is way too cold. The breakfast buffet was pretty gross (sorry), the food was not fresh and not nice. Only thing I felt was edible were the pancakes and the pineapple. Even my kids didn’t rate the waffles. Also our room had a damp smell.

Not a good experience
Pros:

We stayed at Hotel Monterey Okinawa for a family birthday trip, but it was a terrible experience. Our young child fell ill and the hotel refused to offer any room service or even allow takeaway food from the restaurant. They also enforced a ridiculous water policy: only 3 bottles per room per day for adults, and children were not entitled to any, even when sick. The front desk staff was impatient and dismissive throughout. This is not the hospitality we expected, and I would not recommend this hotel for families.

Not family-friendly at all. We will not return.

Overnatningsstedet ligger ved en smuk strand.

Cons:

Overnatningsstedet har et frygteligt pointsystem, som kræver, at man hele tiden bruger vouchers til eksempelvis at reservere strandstole, at komme i fitness o.lign., i stedet for blot at tjekke op på, om man har købt de faciliteter med via værelsesnummeret. Derudover skal man for at have bord ved morgenmaden, ringe enten 05:30 eller kl. 07:00 til receptionen, og ellers skal man stå trække et nummer for at kunne komme i kø til et bord. Det betyder også, at de samtidigt udlodder vouchers, hvis man vælger at tage morgenmaden med op på værelset – grundlæggende fordi de ikke rigtigt har plads nok. Derudover skal man, til trods for at den er åben til kl. 10:00, komme før kl. 08:00, for at der er mad nok.

I need your help. I am looking for a white-red stripes shirt.
I had a great time with my family during our stay on 20-22,June this year at your hotel. Unfortunately, I seemed to have left one of my clothes in the closet in the room of 637 (if I remember it correctly). Since I really love the shirt, I was wondering if it is possible for you to locate it and send it back for me? 服務人員態度友善，地點佳、海景優美。但相較於房費，房間較小、設備稍嫌老舊。若房間有再翻新才會考慮再前往該飯店。

位置很棒，海灘跟戶外泳池也很棒。早餐的沖繩料理都很好吃。

Cons:

相較於高房費，設備相對老舊。室內泳池、健身房等設施，還要另外付費。海灘遮陽傘及沙灘椅也要另外收費。由於房價已頗高，其他額外的費用也不少。性價比較低
