Pros:

Very nice hotel, located next to the beach and in the center of Patong. Room is nice, huge bed, wifi working. Staff very nice and helpful 10/10. Breakfast its just fine, basic at this level of hotel i would expect more, we had better at cheaper hotels.

Cons:

Shower drain cannot drain fast enough if u shower longer can flood all toilet.
No outside food and drink signs, we did bring it in anyway if i was warned before i booked i wouldn't book.
A lot of stuff to sign on arrival, like you are buying a hotel...
