Beautiful atmospheric hotel.
Pros:

A very pleasant 7 night stay at this very nice hotel.
Well located very close to beach, restaurants and amenities
Though adjacent too to Patong's vibrant nightlife, hotel provides a peaceful, pleasant atmosphere.
Rooms are spacious, nicely decorated with adjustable lighting and cleaned spotlessly each day. Spacious balcony with lovely courtyard garden view with pool.
I liked well provided gym and inclusion of superb sauna.
Breakfast very good with nice selection of Thai and western food.
Staff were always polite, professional and helpful.

Cons:

Room wasn't cleaned until very late, up to 6pm sometimes.

The hotel is in an excellent location and the cleanliness of the rooms exceeds expectations.

Cons:

I am writing regarding a very disappointing experience we had with our reservation at the hotel during our honeymoon last year.

Due to an honest mistake made while booking under stress and while organizing our trip, I accidentally reserved the room for the same date one year later instead of the correct travel date. We only discovered the error upon arrival at the hotel.

At check-in, we immediately explained the situation in good faith. The hotel staff informed us that we would need to pay again for the actual night of stay, which we completely understood and did without argument. However, we were also reassured that if we contacted Booking.com and the hotel afterward, the future reservation made by mistake would likely be refunded or adjusted considering the circumstances.

Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts by Booking.com to contact the hotel on our behalf, our requests were repeatedly ignored and no assistance or response was ever provided by the hotel management.

As a result, we ended up paying for
The actual night we stayed at the hotel
An additional unused reservation for the following year that was clearly booked by mistake and never used

This was not an attempt to cancel last minute or avoid payment. It was a genuine human error discovered immediately upon arrival, during our honeymoon, and handled transparently and honestly from our side.

What saddens us most is not only the financial loss, but the complete lack of empathy and communication afterward. We expected at least a response or willingness to review the situation fairly.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the location
Pros:

Enjoyed our stay, the rooms were nice and clean. The poolside bar was fantastic and service was great. However need more chairs and space around the pool. Staff were very friendly and the location was great. Used room service a couple of times which were very quick.

Cons:

Buffet breakfast needs more variety.
