Perfect location, exceptional staff
Pros:

Every staff member was amazing, helped as much as they could through the rain! So friendly, also the location was perfect, far enough away from B road that it felt peaceful but close enough to walk there!

soothing location with beautiful interior of the hotel area, super friendly staff with big nice smiles while checking in, we had an early flight to catch on our second day, they even managed to give us an early breakfast package which was very thoughtful and a very nice gesture, will definitely come back to this one, the hotel was also very well located.

Liked accommodation and personnel. All clean and tidy, people are very responsive and attentive.
There was a small pool that looked cool, haven’t used that however but it looked very nice, the venue had this oriental vibe. Plus - the location is very good, hotel is located in the middle of Pa Tong’s central street where all the fun takes place. However it’s really quite in the hotel, no noise gets inside the room, insulation is quite all right.

Cons:

WC and bathroom have very poor sound isolation from the main room, leaving little privacy for those who attend WC. But that’s a common thing for all hotels in Thailand. WC and Bathroom itself was very tidy and comfy.

Pros:

Personeel was extreem vriendelijk, kamers heel ruim en schoon. De gehele ambiance past bij Thailand en fantastische locatie.

Cons:

Het zwembad is niet echt een echt zwembad het is heel mooi aangelegd en past bij de hele ambiance maar echt zwembad dat is anders. Balkon was erg donker door de bomen dat vind ik jammer maar sommige juist fijn. In de badkamer even een paar ophanghaakjes en dan is de kamer perfect 👌🏼
