Pros:

Ubicación excelente y personal muy amable

Cons:

Demasiado pequeño se siente muy encerrado. En la entrada solo ponen de desayuno queso, yogurt, café jugo y pan para que lo agarres porque solo cuentan con dos mesas para todos los huéspedes.

Gutes Hotel in bester Lage
Pros:

Die Lage als Ausgangspunkt zu vielen Attraktionen war perfekt. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants und Kaffes. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Wir hatten Glück und haben Aussicht auf die kleine Kirche gehabt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Klimaanlage lässt sich gut regulieren.

Cons:

Das angebotene Parkhaus ist etwas weiter entfernt, war aber für uns kein Problem. Es gibt nicht viele Abstellmöglichkeiten im Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist eher etwas dürftig. Croissant und Kleingebäck haben sehr gut geschmeckt. Es ist kein Frühstücksraum vorhanden ist.

Pros:

The location was appreciated and the staff was excellent.

Cons:

Our room was small, just one chair. The HVAC fan was on high or off. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well.

Really good location and friendly staff.

Cons:

Standard room design is unintuitive and awkward (sink outside the bathroom and closer to the bed). The window didn't have a view. The TV had no streaming option.

Nice Location, Nice Service
Pros:

Urban Boutique Hotel is conveniently located near Little Italy, which is a great area to explore. But what I really appreciated most about this hotel was the staff.

They truly took care of me whenever I had any trouble or needed help. Especially, Macy was wonderful. She often anticipated what I was worried about before I even asked and always gave me the best advice.

Thanks to Macy and the other staff members, I had a really wonderful time at Urban Boutique Hotel. I truly appreciate their kindness and hospitality!

Cons:

La camera molto piccola, letto matrimoniale in realtà 1 piazza e 1/2, lavandino accanto a letto che sembrava più un lavello della cucina. Angolo colazione molto piccolo e poco fornito.

We booked a room and they gave us the smallest room I've stayed in and the breakfast was a joke. Stale croissants everyday are very noisy every night day.

I sent a message to the property asking if I could get breakfast earlier because they were picking me up. When I did check in I told the lady if I could take the breakfast in a bag she said yes.
Next morning, the man who was in charge said that I could not make a coffee. Everything was set up. Also, he didn’t even have a bag for my extra clothes. I want a refund.

I am still waiting on my refund

Muss ich nicht nochmal machen.
Pros:

Die Lage in Little Italy war gut, das Personal freundlich.

Cons:

Flecken im Bett, Dusche mit schwarzen Stellen. Klimaanlage so laut und bläst direkt auf das Bett, dass man damit nicht schlafen kann, ohne wird es aber zu warm. Frühstück kann man nicht so nennen. Croissants im Karton ausgelegt, Kaffee und Yoghurt zum entnehmen. Außer einer kleinen Bank keine Sitzgelegenheit. Wir haben dann im Zimmer gegessen und sind noch in ein Lokal zum Frühstuck gegangen.

Parkhaus 3 Blöcke entfernt.
