Pros:

Petite terrasse avec qq tables devant l’hôtel. Emplacement idéal parce que mon fils habite à côté.

Cons:

Séjour de 8 nuits. Le wifi n’a pas fonctionné pendant 4 jours. À Manhattan en 2026 ça paraît invraisemblable. Nous avons été indemnisés 200 $. Le service de Ménage à oublié de faire notre chambre un jour. La seule personne sympa du personnel est la femme qui s’occupe des baggages. L’ensemble de l’hôtel est un peu suranné et l’accueil assez impersonnel et pas très chaleureux.

Se quiser fugir da Times Square, opção sensacional.
Pros:

É a primeira vez que acho o quarto melhor e mais bonito do que as fotos.
O atendimento dado pela gerente Shanya foi fantástico. Foi muito gentil em todos os momentos, preparou uma surpresa pois era meu aniversário de casamento, e resolveu o problema que tivemos de forma muito correta e até inesperada.
Localização perfeita - Soho e West Village a poucos passos.

Cons:

Tive a falta de sorte da internet ter sofrido uma pane que durou 4 dias. Entendo que acontecem problemas desse tipo em todo lugar. O que gostei foi da forma que a Shanya tratou o problema.

Would definitely stay here again
Pros:

Most comfortable beds ever. The views from the rooftop bar are stunning. The location is great.

Cons:

We had a problem with hot water and WiFi during our stay but were very satisfied with how the staff dealt with it. We would happily return to the hotel.

Nada en concreto. Está bien ubicado pero poco más, porque también lo pagas, no te hacen ningún favor.

Cons:

El trato del personal, que OK que los neoyorkinos, parisinos, madrileños y capitales de provincia sean más bordes, pero estás en un hotel querido: sonríe.

Comfortable & Friendly Boutique hotel on outskirts of Soho
Pros:

+For the area, the room and bathroom were unexpectedly large
+Bed and shower were excelent, AC & internet worked well
+Staff was incredible--everyone was extremely responsive, friendly, helpful and competent
+The rooftop bar had excellent views

Cons:

-The coffee maker in the room could only work with the coffee pods and could't be used for heating water, so i needed to go to the floor with the gym to get hot water for tea.
-The location is okay. Not a ton right around it, although there is quite a bit within 15 minutes walking. Subway is around 10 min by foot.
-Would have preferred to have not had to register for the internet each day vs doing it once for the entire stay
