Hice mi reservación a travez de Booking. Llegué a la propiedad y me dijeron que mi reservación estaba cancelada y que USTEDES me tenían que avisar.

Cons:

PESIMO SERVICIO Y ATENCIÓN. A PESAR DE SER LA 1 AM, NO INTENTARON ACOMODO EN LA PROPIEDAD NI EN OTRA UBUCACIÓN . Y QUE NO ESTABAN OBLIGADOS A HACERLO. FATAL.

El estacionamiento que está separado del hotel. Nada extraordinario pero me fue un poco difícil encontrarlo. No hay quien guíe al mismo.

LA UBICACIÓN FUE MAGNIFICA PORQUE ESTÁ A 10 MINUTOS A PIE DEL LUGAR DONDE TENÍA QUE ASISTIR.

Cons:

LLEGUÉ ANTES DE LA HORA DEL CHECK IN Y NO PUDIERON DARME UNA HABITACIÓN. LUEGO ENTENDÍ QUE A NADIE SE LA DAN ANTES, PUES ERAMOS MAS DE 10 PERSONAS ESPERANDO EN EL LOBBY.
A LAS 15:00 HRS QUE NOS FORMAMOS PARA EL CHECK IN, UN SOLO EMPLEADO ATENDIA EL FRONT DESK Y TARDÉ 45 MINUTOS EN OBTENER MI ACCESO. DETRAS DE MI HABÍA AUN AL MENOS OTROS TRES HUÉSPEDES ESPERANDO.
EN MI HABITACIÓN, LA PUERTA DE CRISTAL DE LA REGADERA NO SE PODIA MANTENER CERRADA PUES LAS BISAGRAS YA NO HACEN SU FUNCIÓN (ESTAN VIEJAS Y OXIDADAS)

Días felices en Mérida
Pros:

La atención tanto del personal de recepción, el botones, como de los meseros del restaurante; la pasamos muy bien

algun transporte del hotel que nos llevara al evento que era ahí cerca, sólo para cubrirnos del sol

not worth the money or stay!
Pros:

reception staff and room service staff good.

Cons:

- Accessing the reception requires using a very tight ramp to the elevator from the street-level mezzanine. There is no one to greet or assist guests.
- No fridge or microwave in the room.
- Strong sewage odor from the bathroom all day and night, creating an uncomfortable environment and headache.
- Parking poorly signed, located far from the entrance (5-minute walk in heat and construction dust), and ground is full of construction debris.
- The staff member called to assist with luggage remained seated at the ground-floor entrance and made no attempt to help. Instead, he behaved in a rude, unprofessional, and aggressive manner, repeatedly shouting that I was not allowed to park in front of the hotel. I explained that I was not parked and was only briefly stopping to retrieve my luggage—the very task he was supposed to assist with.
- He was standing and chatting with another individual who was not wearing a hotel uniform and appeared to be a friend. Both of them then began shouting at me and using aggressive gestures while I was trying to move my luggage alone. Their behavior was intimidating, hostile, and completely inappropriate for a hotel environment where guests should feel safe and respected. (Hotel can see all this in their cameras!).
- The hotel is surrounded by construction, which poses hazards to cars and creates a noisy, dusty environment.
- Water pressure in showers, sinks, and toilet is extremely low.
- Bathroom sink design is impractical, causing water to splash everywhere.
- Hotel guests are very loud with little regard for surroundings—shouting, running, and disruptive behavior occurred throughout the day and night.
- Room decor is dark and gloomy: dark grey black flooring, walls, and furniture; only one window offers a view outside.

Hotel muy descente más cercano al CAS
Pros:

Definitivamente no es centrico para andar caminando. El hotel esta al lado de un casino (genial) y comparten estacionamiento con una plaza que tiene una tienda de conveniencia (Chedraui) A mi me me funicionó porque es el hotel más cercano al CAS (lugar en donde te citan para las huellas de la visa de EUA), y llevé carro.

Cons:

Solo tienen dos elevadores, y cuando fui, solo funcionaba uno. Las escaleras no estan visibles

I won’t be staying here again unfortunately. It’s a shame as I read good reviews.
Pros:

The location was ok, near Costco and some malls. Housekeeping was friendly.

Cons:

No hot water for 4 days, we asked for a room changed and was denied and they promised hot water everyday and each day it was not working. No fridge in the room, no breakfast included even for long staying customers. Gym was being reconstructed, pool was dirty. I was close to booking another hotel.
