Cleanliness
5.4
Multiple negative mentions: presence of cockroaches in several rooms, dirty pool and inconsistent housekeeping (supplies not replaced unless requested). Cleanliness is a clear weak point.
Service
9.6
Consistently praised staff: described as very friendly, attentive and helpful (including special care when a guest was ill); welcome cocktail and good front-line service noted.
Location
8.9
Generally described as excellent and in a safe area with nearby points of interest; several guests noted access difficulties due to road works adjacent to the hotel.
Room Quality
7.2
Mixed remarks: some rooms are spacious and comfortable, but others have dated infrastructure, unpleasant city views, firm beds for some guests and occasional issues like no hot water.
Amenities
7.6
Parking and terrace/safe are positives; pool and pool-area ambience need improvement, and some infrastructure (buffet/pool area) appears dated or could be enhanced.
Value for Money
6.9
Several guests felt price did not match experience, noting better alternatives in the city and that some stayed due to promotions; perceived value is below overall service level.
Food and Beverage
9.3
Breakfast repeatedly praised as excellent, varied and fresh; food service is a strong positive in guest feedback.
Overall Experience
9.9
Despite notable issues (cleanliness, street construction, some dated rooms), overall sentiment is very positive thanks to excellent staff, strong breakfast and good location; many guests would return.

Bueno con oportunidades de mejora
Pros:
