In Pool there was no Security (Life Guard) for small kids or toddler if any incident happan it may be a big casualty

Pros:

The staff is excellent and really helpful! They arranged our dhow cruise trip, tried to help us with our needs too. The view is amazing there, better than Atana Musandam, honestly! It's located right on the sea, with a wonderful view. The rooms are basic but quite comfortable.

Cons:

We were happy about everything! However, the restaurant didn't meet our expectations. We had dinner there and we were not satisfied - the meat was old and it wasn't even beef. Chicken burger was stale and the meat was store bought and microwaved. The bathroom in the room is too hot and there's no AC in the bathroom and it gets super hot! and please do consider changing the hair dryer.

Bathroom floor broken
Asked for water and waited for 4 hours and 5 calls after which no one was receiving calls and later got it from my car .never got my water that day ..
Asked for extra towel .. told you need to buy it .
Staff were not trained .. they are very aggressive and reactive on every request .

Except reception.

Location and Temp controlled pool

Cons:

Breakfast- very few options for vegetarian and quality n taste of food was average.

Room service - very poor Room service. Whether you call them for drinking water or for towels or for toiletries which was never enough for guests who are staying, they always came very late.

Bathroom - the shower area of the bathroom is very small and make the entire bathroom wet after completing shower. The curtain in the shower room is sticking our body while bathing because of very small space.

View of room - Despite of requesting a decent view of the room while booking, they have given me the room at the corner of the pool area near the shower towel rack. The view was very poor.

Was a excellent stay . We came from Dubai with Two families . Hotel restaurant menu not that much included every items.

Lovely, very friendly and I will definitely go back.
Pros:

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I like the simplicity of the hotel - not flashy or glitzy / set in a stunning location.

Cons:

I admit I don’t like the stark red and black decor in the bar, but we sat outside instead.
The big dining area is good for breakfast, but sitting outside in the evening is pleasant.
