Pros:

Location for visiting our family in Plymouth was excellent.
Room was fine. Nice and clean.

Cons:

Would have liked a second chair in the room so 1 of us didn't have to sit on bed.

Fitted out needs at short notice.
Pros:

Location. Free parking and WiFi. Good shower - and fridge in the room. Clean, comfortable beds.

Cons:

The sink is the bathroom was way too small - couldn’t fit the kettle under the tap and water splashed everywhere just trying to have a wash. Creaky floorboards were quite spooky!

Nice comfortable room at a great price. No frills but clean and quiet

Pros:

Central location, 15mins drive to Plymouth, local beaches 30mins and Dartmoor 10mins from Ivybridge

Cons:

More facilies, seating areas for guests, if you would like to being a takeaway back, instead of sitting in the room, if you have a dogs, not really any area to walk them.

Dodgy parking policy….

Last minute availability.

Unfair parking Policy…
Booked accommodation…parking was important …I have a MWB sprinter… advertised Free Parking..
Booked on this aspect.

Paid for booking … turned up and was told parking was extra for my Van.

Unfair as it was not defined pre booking.

Very large car park half empty.

Excellent, would 100% recommend!
Pros:

Perfect room, with everything we needed. Lovely staff, warm welcome on arrival and always made the effort to speak with us in passing throughout the stay. Will definitely stay again when next visiting family.
