اثاث الفندق قديم نوعا ما ، و المنطقة كذلك غير مريحة للمشي ، الغرف متواضعه لكن مقبوله ، حجزت غرفة واسعه بس طلعت فيها بعض العيوب و بدلوها لي .

I have stayed here many times. Usually it is a good experience, This time it really seems to have deteriorated, Nothing wrong with the location or the room facilities. It was very hot and the air conditioning was minimal - I deliberately chose this hotel based on previous good experiences to enable a good nights sleep suring the heatwave. It was the opposite, I guess everyone in the hotel was trying to keep cool. There was no water in the fridge. No room service available - was not made aware of this when I checked in but they were happy to take a non-negotiable £50 for incidentals.. Overall a disappointing experience.

Paying extra for breakfast

Staff were extremely rude and miserable. I recognise that they were dealing with several complaints from other guests about the air conditioning not working and it was midnight when we arrived but we did not get even a smile or hello when we arrived. This was also replicated when we checked out.

The hotel is advertised as having air conditioning, but it does not work and the hotel was extremely hot.

The bathroom was clean, but the buffet wasn't good, with few options. There was no bottled water in the room, so I had to get some from the water fountain in the hallway.

They are really letting things go. The room was badly in need of renovation- stained carpet, rusty plumbing, poorly working fridge. Room service was pretty bad too - they left cups unwashed, forgot one towel on the floor, etc. I stayed there last summer and it seems to have gotten worse since then.

Niet direct een tegenvaller... Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet alleen miste de harde/zachte bolletjes ( persoonlijke voorkeur) . Wellicht niet gebruikelijk in dit hotel.

The first room we got assigned on the 1st floor smelled very badly of mould and sewer. We got moved to another room on the 8th floor which was much better. However, on night 2 there was no hot water coming out of the pipes at all, so we needed to shower with cold water only. The cushions on the bed were very poor (small, old and uneven/lumpy). We had the AC on the whole time, but with no effect.

First room had broken aircon. Tried to get on with it but first night was unbearable. Asked for maintenance which took an hour and then kindly brought a aircon unit which was very very loud. Went to the reception again and asked to switch room and they were accommodating. New room had no window and once my partner had bath and it drained the water came all out into the shower area. No robes, slippers or any additional touches which is a real shame at the price point you’re asking. One member of bar staff seemed a lack of understanding with the list and till. As stated online, welcome amenities like popcorn and water and another food stand didn’t even have anything in them. Breakfast was okay at best but think they are refurbing during our stay. I unfortunately wouldn’t stay again, we could have stayed elsewhere for cheaper and possibly would have had a better experience.

Smelly air con dirty carpet

Aircon was has been broken for the last 4 months. Was boiling on the hottest day of the year. Was then lied to by the staff saying it was just my room. Tried 4 others and then they admitted the whole building air on had been broken. 😡
