Very comfy beds and accomodating members of staff - we were upgraded to a suite for my 60th birthday celebration.
We were shown to our breakfast table and waited for a waiter to take our drinks orders, before we helped ourselves to the buffet breakfast. But no one came, we soon realised that was also a help yourself too. Shame for the quality of the hotel. Think that would have added a nice touch to such a lovely hotel

I upgraded my room for £18 as was only staying 1 night, but the room was really good with an additional room with sofa/TV as you went through the room front door , good comfortable bed , and the shower was excellent , unfortunately I was only there 1 night to get more of the benefits

Room was a good size with a nice shower. Location was ok, as it is close to a tube station for getting around London
The room was hot and the AC was in effective, it worked but not as it should for cooling the room down at night when trying to sleep. I heard from other guests who had the same problem with hot rooms making sleep difficult.

Air con in room wasn’t working. It was very hot. Phoned reception numerous times and though told someone from maintenance was coming to investigate, they never did. Then at 10pm we were moved rooms. Was all very poorly run, and the staff were not helpful or sympathetic.
Central location to where we were working and generally a nice hotel
I had a suite along with 9 other rooms booked all for work, but my suit had a serious stained sofa, looked like it had been dragged out of a skip and the walls had various marks included over the bed that looked like a previous guest had a food fight.
One of the other rooms had a strong odour of sewage and when we went to the front desk the lady was less than helpful so we gave up trying to change the room.
It's a shame as it's a nice hotel but let down by poor mantainance and cleaning and a couple of unhelpful staff.
Easy access from M4 and onwards access via tube into London.
No parking.
Adjacent restaurant was closed on all nights we were there.

Excellent location as we were going to a show at the O2. Large bed.
The air-conditioner in the room did not work, so instead of offering us another room, we were given a big bulky fan that took up alot of the little floor space. We struggled to sleep as the fan just blew the hot air around the room.

Quiet at night, very comfortable bed, provision of separate shower & bath,plenty of space to put clothes away
Empty picture frames along passages, my room 249 could do with a bit of a renovation, no provision for a bar snack in the evening, had to pay for breakfast, no anti slip mat for bath and shower.
Absolutely nothing!
Dirty room, dirty bedding-even found hair under duvet, bathroom is so tinny and smelly, shower head was like from the 60’s, no drinking water in the room, you have to walk to a water station which is by the lobby, so during the night if you want water..you have to walk to it and fill a jug!
