I went in the summer and the AC was not working in most of the rooms. They had this issue since 3 days before my arrival and failed to inform me. After checking in and making the payment, a staff informs me about the problem. They said if I'm not Happy to stay, then they will refund. But it was 10:00 pm and I had no where to go with my daughter
Very stylish, welcoming and comfortable
Tired in places like the main entrance where there have clearly been ceiling leaks and the bathroom which had flaking paint.
Good location
Broken air con throughout the stay despite the hotel confirming in writing before I travelled that the air con was working. They offered a portable cooler. As can be seen from reviews over the last few months, the air cons have been broken for a while and there does not seem to be any effort to fix them during the summer. People are being misled on the listing that the air con works. Booking.com was extremely unhelpful too.

The hotel is in an excellent location for shopping at Westfield & visiting the o2 empire The staff are welcoming. The reception area is impressive except the broken doors
I was expecting so much from this hotel. I initially booked a deluxe double room and included breakfast. I was offered by the hotel the opportunity to upgrade to a suite so happily accepted as the price for the upgrade seemed reasonable given the additional amenities. On checking in the upgrade was confirmed and I was charged. I was then told breakfast was no longer included which is fine as more often than not I don’t actually want breakfast despite having paid. We go to the room which is in no way a suite and the “extra space is taken up by a bed. There is no separate lounge area at all only a sofa pushed against the wall meaning you can’t sit at it to watch TV. There were no robes, no slippers, no coffee machine, NO AIRCON in the middle of summer in a room made of glass. The room had a dank dusty stench to it. The sofa was torn cabinets didn’t close lamps didn’t work and the bathroom was scattered with limescale. There was no answer from reception when we called to report our issues. The room was just grubby and tired dirty carpets, dirty or torn upholstery. Even the complimentary toiletries were pretty empty. I’ve never been so disappointed in a hotel room it may be 4 star but a purple branded chain offers far better in their premier plus rooms. Don’t fall for the upgrade scam

AC in multiple rooms didn’t work. Curtains don’t really block out the light so you will be up at 4am. For a hotel thats pushing for LUXE experience they have satellite TV. Prices don’t match. Didn’t explain pricing properly. Beds are not comfortable felt like sleeping on the floor at one point. Just very poor.
Lobby was nice and the location.
The room was disfusting. Hairs on the floors, the toilet smelt of damp, really bad room.
