Me cancelaron la reserva por WhatsApp 24 horas antes del check-in. Ni siquiera por el chat oficial de Booking, sino por WhatsApp. Sin embargo me salía en la app que la reserva estaba confirmada, de modo que pensé que era ina estafa porque ellos mismos ya habían avisado al reservar que habían sufrido suplantaciones de identidad. Conseguimos hablar con ellos y dijeron que era cierto, que nos la habían cancelado, pero que nos habían hecho reserva en otro hotel. Sin consultarnos! Todo esto seguramente para evitar una penalización por parte de Booking por cancelarnos. Nos querrían hacer el chanchullo y no estábamos dispuestos a ir a otro hotel de menor categoría cuando habíamos reservado una suite con jacuzzi. Impresionante cómo llegan a trabajar en Colombia y cómo buscan hacer chanchullos con todo. Estamos muy descontentos. Tuvimos al final que hablar con Booking para que tuviera conocimiento de esto y cancelara la reserva, ya que si cancelaba yo no me devolvían el dinero
Así que tuve que buscarme otro hotel.

Conflicting answers between personnel. Asked for a taxi two days in advance and still had to get an uber.

There are some details in the room that could be better in order for it to be perfect. Nothing too serious, but details that could enhance the experience according to the price. For example, the possibility of accessing streaming services on the tv.

Hotel acogedor, buenas instalaciones y servicios, la zona húmeda amplia y agradable, buen desayuno, buena atención.
La ubicación en una zona tranquila y segura; sobre todo recomendado si vas a estar en esa zona de la ciudad, porque con el tráfico de Bogotá toma mucho tiempo desplazarse, por ejemplo viniendo o yendo al aeropuerto.
