La decoración, la ubicación y la atención
Que no tenga aire acondicionado, porque debes dejar la ventana abierta para que circule un poquito de aire y se escucha ruido y si la cierras te da mucho calor
Location and friendly staff
They don’t have air conditioning and rooms can get really hot in the afternoons and nights at the point where soeeping with the window open was not enough. They offered a portable fan but it was terrible to sleep with. Additionally, Sauna didn’t heat enough and the jacuzzy was also lukewarm only. While in the turkish bath, some suspicious guys tried hitting on me and later on my mom!!! Not sure what kind of business is going on there…

El personal del restaurante fue espectacular, principalmente Patricia, tiene un carisma con los niños y es muy servicial y atenta, así como el personal de cocina.
El cuarto no tenía aire acondicionado, la solución fue traer un ventilador que hacía demasiado ruido. Las fotos que están en Booking engañan, porque el estado actual del hotel es terrible.
1. Los baños del lobby están en malas condiciones, las puertas están herrumbradas y algunas no cierran.
2. Las plantas del Lobby están en unas cajas de madera, que por el agua, tiempo están dañadas, los colores de las telas estan despintadas y su aspecto daña la vista.
3. Los colchones de las camas son muy incómodos, no parecen de un hotel con la calificación que tiene.
4. Los cuartos son cero amigables con la familia, no tienen luces calidas para la noche, para permitir el sueño tranquilo de los niños.
5. Las alfombras de los cuartos están en mal estado, durante uno de los días, sufrí un pequeño accidente donde me corté la planta del pie por una aguja que estaba en la alfombra.
6. Las instalaciones del spa y del gimnasio están muy descuidadas.
El desayuno excelente , ubicacion, el personal muy servicial .
En la habitacion , la alfombra si ya creo que ya no deberia usarse , pues es muy dificil mantener este tipo de elemento limpio.

I know this is a weird start but the breakfast is fantastic! I love the rooms here. This was my second stay and the room was even better this time. I'm glad the room had a smart TV this time. The staff has improved greatly since the last visit although some of the same friendly people are still there. Room service is great! The bartender - Santiago was friendly and made some mean drinks! I really enjoy my stays here.
There is really nothing negative to say about this hotel. I guess if you want to be close to the airport this is not the hotel for you as it takes forever to get to the hotel from here. Part of the issue is how bad the roads are in Bogota.
