Que son muy amables, el desayuno fue excelente, y las habitaciones limpias y grandes.
Mi habitación olía mucho a humedad, pero me cambiaron de habitación-
La amabilidad del personal de staff, muy atentos con todo.
Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado. Bogota no es la misma de hacer anos, ahora es necesario contar con aire para descansar y estar en esas habitaciones sin ahogarte del calor. Y el desayuno terrible, sin opciones de proteina para nada, solo frutas y cereales, de resto las opciones son muy limitadas.
Good location, friendly staff, nice breakfast for the price, relatively clean
Basic in room facilities with nothing outside of shower gel and shampoo, old carpet, toilet flushed poorly. Other facilities were poorly maintained - restaurant toilets 2 of 3 broken and no hand soap, pool facilities no shampoo or shower gel, no towels, toilets broken again

L'emplacement était parfait. L'hôtel est très calme et le jaccuzi dans la chambre est très agréable. Le personnel très serviable et le petit déjeuner très varié et excellent.

La atención en recepción fue excelente tanto al llegar como a la salida.
El servicio del restaurante me pareció excelente en cuanto a las opciones y preparación de los platos.
El baño de la habitación muy pequeño y sin barandas de seguridad en la ducha.
No me gustó la actitud del mesero que atiende a la mesa en el desayuno, le pedí un poco más de café y se tomó su tiempo para traerlo, sin embargo esperé sin inconveniente pero luego él vino y lo sirvió con tanta rabia que salpicó el plato por fuera y así lo dejó. Lamento esa falta de respeto con el huésped como para no volver.
