Ich muss nicht nochmal kommen
Pros:

Lage, Frühstück und das Personal im Restaurant. Die Angestellte am Frühstücksbuffet war sehr nett und hilfsbereit!

Cons:

Leider war niemand da, der uns beim Ausladen des Autos geholfen hat – kein Bellboy weit und breit. Im Eingangsbereich stand zwar ein Gepäckwagen (Luggage Cart), den ich schließlich selbst benutzt habe.

Mit sechs vollgepackten Koffern bin ich damit durch die Drehtür gefahren – und bin prompt stecken geblieben. Ein männlicher Mitarbeiter des Hotels sah mich im Eingangsbereich, wie ich mich mühsam abmühte, den Gepäckwagen wieder so zu bewegen, dass sich die Drehtür drehen konnte. Anstatt mir zu helfen, hat er lediglich gelacht und sich anschließend umgedreht.

Nach 13 Stunden Reise war ich völlig erschöpft, verschwitzt und wirklich am Ende meiner Kräfte. Als ich ihn daraufhin sarkastisch darauf hingewiesen habe, wie „toll“ der Service sei, meinte er lediglich: „Wir haben leider kein Bellboy.“

Kein Bellboy zu haben, ist eine Sache. Aber auch ohne diese Position kann man als Mensch – und insbesondere als Hotelmitarbeiter – seine Hilfe anbieten, wenn jemand offensichtlich Schwierigkeiten hat. Ein wenig Aufmerksamkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und Menschlichkeit hätten in diesem Moment völlig ausgereicht.

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, a várostól picit messzebb, a főút mellett. Tökéletes szállás volt tranzit megállóként. Tiszta, kényelmes szoba, finom vacsora a saját étteremben, és bőséges svédasztalos reggeli.

Prei-/Leistung gut. Gerne wieder aber Zimmer müssten modernisiert werden

Preis-Leistung gut. Mitarbeiter freundlich. Frühstück auch gut aber nicht abwechslungsreich. Zimmer sauber. Würde ich wiederkommen ich denke ja.

Cons:

Zimmer müssen überholte werden. Alles schon in Jahre gekommen. Einige Steckdosen ohne Funktion. Fernsehen ohne Funktion. Von zwei Aufzügen einer davon dauerhaft nicht im Betrieb.
Familienzimmer ist kein Familienzimmer man hat kann sich nicht bewegen. Für Kofferablage keine Ständer oder dergleichen.

There is practically no food, and what little they do have is tasteless. None of the staff speak any language other than Turkish. We ordered something at the restaurant, and when they brought us the wrong order, they were the ones who got annoyed with us — even though we had translated our order into Turkish using Google Translate. 😁

I really regret staying here. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Pros:

Deze hotel was tot nu toe de schoonste en hygiënische hotel werkelijk 15 uit 10 punten 1 nadeel de geluid van de koelkast in de kamer was af en toe niet te dulden
