Ein funktionales Hotel mitten London in der Nähe der Waterloo Station mit einem sehr guten Frühstück. Wenn man auf Zimmerreinigung verzichtet, bekommt eine 5 GBP Gutschein.

Cons:

Ich hatte eigentlich wie in dem vorherigen Hampton by Hilton in Bath erwartet, dass man auch Stecker für Europäer anbietet. Problematisch war der Wasserdruck. Wenn man beim Duschen aufhalten stellte, fiel der Druck stark ab. Auch beim Waschbecken abends.

Hotel znajduje się niedaleko od centrum. Miły personel. Czysto. Dobre rozmaite śniadanie. Przez trzy dni naszego pobytu było to samo. Cisza w pokoju, chociaż nasz pokój był od strony szpitala (pod oknami) i dojść ruchliwej ulicy.

Convenient location near transportation hub! Accessibility Room needed upkeep!
Pros:

This trip was the first time traveling out of the United States for me and my mom. Overall, our short trip (April 15-18, 2026) was wonderful with the experiences and memories made in just a few days in London! You definitely need more time visiting London. We had a long 7-hour flight from Washington-Dulles Airport to Heathrow Airport. Both airports' staff and Virgin Atlantic flight staff were extremely helpful and pleasant! I would stay at Hampton by Hilton London Waterloo again for:
- its proximity to Waterloo Station as a transportation hub to other stations and travel to/from Heathrow Airport.
- Convenient location for performances at the Old Vic Theatre
- Free hotel breakfast included was helpful to travel budget

Cons:

I booked a Queen accessible room for my mom's mobility needs after a leg injury from a fall a few years ago that has impacted her mobility at times (pain from excessive walking / long distances, stairs, etc). The accessibility bathroom in our room did not have a shower curtain for the shower (open to whole bathroom). The shower curtain is needed to keep the water for running across the whole bathroom floor. Hopefully, the hotel will see this review and install a shower curtain as water all over the floor can lead to injuries. We had to request an additional chair in the room which was booked for two people. The electric kettle in the room was leaking all over the tray while plugged up; had to ask for a new working kettle. The latch lock at the top of the room door was broken (piece missing). I was able to get this fixed because a nice maintenance man accidently came to the room the day before our last day asking if we were the ones who requested a new shower head (Wrong room- did not request a shower head). I informed him about the lock on the door, and he promptly returned minutes later and fixed it. The experience of staying in this accessibility room was as if this room isn't used often enough that someone would be aware of the condition and not checked regularly to keep it up for guests.

Lokalizacja obiektu sprzyja zwiedzaniu najważniejszych zabytków. Pokój czysty, codziennie dobrze posprzątany, wygodne łóżko. Porządne ręczniki i kosmetyki w łazience. Śniadanie wystarczające na poranny start, poza okropną jajecznicą

Cons:

Zaduch w pokoju, brak możliwości otwarcia okna, klimatyzacja nie pomaga. Recepcjonista gburowaty.

Great stay will use the Hotel again when next in London
Pros:

We all thought the choices and quality of the breakfast was excellent. Location of hotel is a little away from city centre but only a few stops on the underground and your in the thick of the action. Plenty of pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Mattress were a little hard but that’s all

Good location, friendly staff and god food available - not a comfortable bed
Pros:

Great location - close to trains and buses - great restaurant and breakfast

Cons:

Bed and pillows are atrocious - hard mattered and cement like pillows - bed squeaked every movement it would not pass the wine glass test
Requested staff to fix curtains - no one attended
Or followed up - no fridge on ten room but a very expensive over priced self serve bar downstairs

Pros:

Geweldig locatie. bus stoot voor de deur, 3 min naar waterloo subway of treinstation. Trafler square is vlakbij ( maar paar bushalte) en ook Covent Garden. Bij aankomst kostenloos upgrade van kamer gehad. Vriendelijk personeel
