Pros:

The room was gorgeous and the staff were extremely friendly and professional.

Cons:

The veggie sausages at breakfast were a bit bland but everything else was delicious.

위치가 훌륭하고 전망이 좋았습니다. 4층의 객실 창문 밖으로 런던아이가 보였습니다. 아침식사도 좋았습니다.

Cons:

2박을 예약했는데 항공기 결함으로 다음날 정오 경 호텔에 도착했습니다. 예약한 바에 따르면 그 전날 호텔의 방이 준비되어 있어야 했지만, 체크인 하고 호텔방에 들어갔을 때 세 사람이 이용할 수 있도록 전혀 준비가 안 되어 있었습니다. 수건도 2인용만 비치되어 있었고 소파배드도 시트가 깔려있지 않고 베개도 없는 등 준비되어 있지 않았습니다. 보통 호텔에서 제공하는 생수도 마련하지 않았습니다. 그래서 리셉션에 요청을 하고 바로 호텔방을 나와야 했습니다. 오랜 비행으로 피곤하였지만 세 명의 가족이 쉴 수 있도록 호텔방이 마련되지 않아 잠시도 편안한 휴식을 취할 수 없었습니다. 저녁에 들어오니 요청된 사항은 시정되어 있었지만 사과를 받지는 못했습니다.

친절한 직원, 좋은 위치의 호텔
Pros:

위치와 아침식사가 만족스러웠습니다. 직원의 대응이 매우 훌륭했습니다. 특히 Samuel은 냉장이 필요한 물건에 대해 배려를 해주어 패밀리룸에 냉장고를 제공해 주었습니다. Samuel의 고객 응대 태도가 매우 친절했고, 투숙객으로 잘 대접받는 느낌을 받았습니다.

Cons:

패밀리룸에 냉장고가 없다는 사실이 아쉬웠습니다. 직원이 제공해 준 냉장고는 약품 보관용 온냉장고 겸용이라 매우 작아서 필요한 물품을 다 넣기에 한계가 있었습니다. 그러나 그러한 제한점에도 불구하고 최선을 다해 주었습니다.

Perfect 1 night stay.
Pros:

Very close to railway station. Staff were very friendly/helpful. Room was just what we wanted for a 1 night stay. And the breakfast in the morning was amazing.
