It’s very close to Waterloo station
It’s only a small thing but there were no biscuits in the room like last time and the coffee sachet, tea bag and milk were not plentiful

Yo tuve problemas con mi tarjeta de crédito, aunque el hotel la admitió como garantía desde el principio. Hasta el último momento, no se dieron cuenta del problema de la tarjeta, cuando ya tenía el taxi en la puerta para llevarme al aeropuerto. El trato fue muy malo y no proponen soluciones: no admiten cash, ni transferencias bancarias inmediatas. Después de mucho discutir, desde España hubo que hacer transferencia inmediata a través de intermediarios.
A nice location near Waterloo station and a 10-15 minute walk from Westminster Bridge and Big Ben. Very quiet, and the air condition worked well. There are many, many good restaurants within 5-10 minute walking distance. The breakfast provided a sizeable selection of items that should please any traveler. The staff was very helpful in arranging a taxi for a trip to Heathrow.
The carpet and curtains were nearing their sell-by date. The room had a fold out sofa bed, which was nice, but using it left nearly zero remaining space in room; for the price, I would have hoped for a bit larger room.

The staff were very friendly, polite and were always available to help with any problems. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. They had a lot of choices for breakfast.
There was no fridge in the kitchen and items you could buy seemed to be very expensive.
Incredibly quiet! Couldn’t hear a thing. Perfectly cool AC and comfy twin beds. Great breakfast and staff. Short walk to the tube and very convenient!
