Overall we had lovely time and would stay again when next in London

Location, breakfast and clean

Cons:

Rooms very warm and stuffy, ventilation system poor and window in room 243 could not open, whilst room 209 had lock system that allowed small opening, we could not understand why 209 did not have that facility.

Perfect location for a birthday trip to explore merlin activities
Pros:

Breakfast was good, a good selection of food, staff were helpful and friendly. It was helpful to be able to leave our bags while we explored. Great location for exploring merlin activities.

Cons:

Shower could have been more powerful or a bigger head otherwise everything was good.

Great room with a view over London , good neighborhood, 5 min to station. Staff were friendly.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had problems with our air con and were offered the room half price . They brought up a fan we could use as well .

Fantastic hotel, great overall location and experience and will definitely book here for all future trips!
Pros:

This is a great hotel to stay at, it was clean, spacious, beds are comfortable, the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Our stay specifically included a fantastic view of the London Eye too from our window - as a bonus this is within approximately 15/20 minute walk from the hotel too! The overall location was superb, it's a short walk away from Waterloo station and there are plenty of shops, restaurants (and pubs!) all around the hotel - Wahaca is my top recommendation for food nearby!

It’s not a real Hilton.
Pros:

Nothing!!! Never again!

Cons:

They changed our room, because some mechanical service. But they didn’t write a message, we can not go to one another hotel. They didn’t give back our money, they gave a very poor room. And they never said: “We are sorry!”
