Pros:

Loved my stay, the staff, and the overall experience.

Cons:

The cost of parking should be included for overnight guest. I understand guests who are there for the other hotel amenities that are open to the public but the overnight guests should have free parking.

Great location, nice hotel, reasonable pricing other than paid parking.
Pros:

The property itself was in a great location. Very nice hotel for a reasonable cost.

Cons:

Parking is $25 night and we were not made aware of that before parking there. The manager did comp one night of parking due to the lack of communication.

I have no words. All of the confusion.
Pros:

The confusion of check in. The room had already been charge to my card. However the attendant charged it again.

Cons:

Because the property could not figure out why I was being charged twice. Then I could not get my balance back. They said it would take a couple of business days. It’s been 3. No refund.

I hated that paying for my room that the parking should have been free for guests at your hotel. And you get it upfront. So would probably stay again but park somewhere else an take a uber to the hotel

I did not like anything about this property the room was filthy bugs coming out the bathroom wall broken vanity mirror urine stains on the sheets hair on the bed food crumbs all over the floor I don't recommend no one to stay to this property also I have photos and videos.

When I notified the staff they came and took the sheet off the bed only to put the same sheet back on the bed thinking I was not going to notice it. When i called back after I saw what the staff did no one came until a few hours before it was time for check out.

This hotel was accommodating.
Pros:

I almost thought I wasn’t gonna be able to stay at this hotel because I booked through a third party and when it was time for me to check in they couldn’t find my reservation (which I booked a month and a half prior). I had to contact the third party but everything worked out. Front desk was able to accommodate me and get me in and gave me complimentary parking, which was a huge plus for me. The breakfast was good and the location was great. The parking garage was safe!! Room was clean.

Cons:

I didn’t like there were no microwaves in the room, they were only on three floors. Also, the tv had only cable. There were no streaming apps available.
