ゆっくりできて、快適でした。
Pros:

スタッフの対応がどの方も丁寧で、そしてフレンドリーでした。日本語、英語能力が高いです。タクシーのアレンジもとても敏速に対応くださいました。ホテルに隣接されたコンビニのスタッフも親切でした。

The location was great. Very short walk to a few subway lines in 2 directions, which gives you plenty of options. The staff were super friendly and nice, and spoke perfect English. The hotel has a gs25 on the ground floor, small but sufficient. Room was good, bed was comfy, shower was great, fantastic water pressure and as hot as I can manage...

Good location is the only perk. Many basic needs are lacking.
Pros:

The location is not bad, one street away from the Line 2, Line 4, and Line 5.

Cons:

The room is too small to have my luggage opened even with an upgrade to a bigger room. The upgraded room came with a bigger bed but the space for two persons to open the luggage remained very tight. I had to place my luggage near the door in order to open my luggage fully.
The hotel provided coffee bags and full stop. Creamer, sugar, tea bags were not given assuming everyone drinks only coffee black. And of course, there were only mugs available, no saucers nor spoons in sight. Rather stingy.
The power outlets for chargers were in an awkward position, only one next to a bed, the other on the wall next to the desk, clearly not updated for the present needs.
There was only one washer and one dryer available. Prepare to wait if you need to do your laundry.

Ich liebe es in dem Hotel unterzukommen, weil es sehr gut gelegen ist. Alles was man braucht ist in der Nähe: Restaurants, Cafés, Convenience Stores, Metro, Busse, eine Apotheke.

Cons:

Wie schon in meinen früheren Bewertungen erwähnt, brauchen die Zimmer eine Renovierung. Meine Email, in der ich gefragt habe, ob man mit preislich entgegen kommen kann, weil ich wiederkehrenden Gast bin wurde einfach ignoriert. Das ist keine respektvolle Art und Weise mit einem Gast umzugehen, der immer wieder kommt. Wenigstens eine Antwort wäre angebracht.
