A big solid hotel with a great breakfast
Pros:

We really liked it here. It was easy to walk around town. The hotel was big and solid and quiet. The breakfast was great. And the afternoon tea in the foyer was a nice touch. It's close to a good supermarket. And there's plenty of cool little cafes and restaurants in the surrounding streets. And thank you to the friendly staff.

A Hidden Gem
Pros:

The hotel is lovely and seems like a classy oasis. Everyone we interacted with was lovely.

I found the bed to be on the firm side (a matter of taste). The location was not as nice as the hotel itself.

住宿有附自助式下午茶，因為住花蓮的朋友來訪，所以另外加購一起享用。沒想到用餐到一半遇到大型團客進場，原本不大的空間瞬間被塞滿，取餐需要排隊、現場也變得相當吵雜混亂，甚至還有客人找不到位子。

用餐後有向櫃檯反映，但得到的回應只是可以將餐點打包回房間享用。既然額外加購需要付費，還是會期待有基本的用餐品質。建議飯店未來針對大型團體做好分流或空間安排，以兼顧所有旅客的用餐體驗。

Lovely hotel
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and many spoke English. All of the little perks like free snacks and drinks were really nice. The breakfast was truly exceptional. The location was very good, walking distance to the night market.
