Pros:

Great location right next to the "new" pools. Very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Large corner deck overlooking the pools and ocean. This is a place we want to return to, and we'd definitely stay here again

Geweldig hotel, goede locatie. Gratis toegang tot dat natural pools. Leuke cadeautjes bij het in en uitchecken. Parkeren ging ook goed, je moet wel een bergje op om er te komen. Eerlijk zwembad en sauna

Cons:

Parkeren bij inchecken ging eenbeetje onhandig. Je mag de auto gewoon tijdelijk voor de ingang zetten, waarna je de uitleg krijgt over het parkeren.

Modern and warm.
Pros:

Great location with views over the natural pools and a rooftop swimming pool with lounge chairs. Our patio was a lovely place to hang out and read too. Modern but warm decor which I loved. Bed and pillows the most comfy I've had since being on the island for the past ten days! Very sweet reception staff.

Cons:

Parking is tricky during the day. We were lucky to get a spot right outside the hotel. This is not uncommon on the island tho. Didn't care for the associated restaurant food at the Beer Garden and wish we'd explored other spots to eat but the views and the wine list were good!

Perfect for visiting the natural pools

Location is perfect for the natural pools! Rooms are clean and bed is spacious. Staff goes above and beyond to ensure you are looked after!

Especially Lucia at the breakfast really paid attention to detail and ensured a good experience

das Hotel ist im allgemeinen schlecht gewartet, Balkontüre war so verrostet, dass sie nicht mehr schliessbar war.
Ich habe jede Nacht das Wellenrauschen gehört. (ist am Anfang ok, aber irgendwann nervt es)

An amazing stay from start to finish — 10/10!
Pros:

Everything! This is honestly the best hotel we have ever stayed at. We booked three different hotels during our trip to Madeira, and this one was on a completely different level compared to the others.

We chose Madeira for our honeymoon and told every hotel that it was our honeymoon, but this was the only hotel that actually cared and prepared a special welcome for us. Unfortunately, we were welcomed with a bottle of wine, but we don’t drink alcohol. Still, we were still very pleasantly surprised by the gesture.

All in all, a 10/10 experience. If we ever get the chance to visit Madeira again, we will definitely come back here!

Cons:

The only thing I would mention is that the juice glasses at breakfast are a bit small hahaha 😄
