Grundsätzlich ok, in unserem Fall leider enttäuschend.
Pros:

Grundsätzlich gute Lage, Frühstücksbuffet gut.
Naturschwimmbecken sehr schön.

Cons:

Dorffest (3 Tage vorher angekündigt) mit lauter Musik bis 5 Uhr Morgens und jede Nacht Feuerwerk direkt beim Hotel. Extrem laut und Feuerregen auf den Balkon (Brandlöcher in Liegestühlen und Badetüchern). Schlafen fast unmöglich.
Reinigung kam 2x nicht obwohl sie gesagt haben „later“. Infinity-Pool sehr kalt.
Personal im Hotelrestaurant in deutscher Tracht muss nun in Portugal wirklich nicht sein.

Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück sehr vielfältig und abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Doppelzimmer für 2 Personen zu klein, die Koffer konnten nicht untergebracht werden. Das Badezimmer war sehr klein und konnte nicht richtig gelüftet werden.

L hôtel bénéficie s une emplacement incomparable sur la mer et les piscines naturelles. Le personnel est adorable et le petit déjeuner extraordinaire.

Gediegenes Hotel mit toller Aussicht und persönlichem Flair.
Pros:

Super Aussicht, sehr freundliches Personal, Willkommensdrink bei der Ankunft, man kann jederzeit Wasserflaschen gratis auffüllen, jeden Tag eine kleine Praline auf dem Bett, super schöne Sauna und Whirlpool mit Aussicht aufs Meer, gratis Zugang zu den Naturpools, Restaurants mit wunderbarer Aussicht.

Cons:

Bei der Ankunft wurde uns nicht das Zimmer zugeteilt, welches wir gebucht hatten, sondern ein sehr viel kleineres. Nachdem wir uns beschwert haben, wurde uns ein grosses Zimmer gegeben.
Die Beleuchtung im Bad ist sehr dunkel, ungeeignet zum schminken.

Cons:

Уборка над номерм 410 люкс 5.53- 7.00 очень все слышно , на протяжении 5 дней.Там находиться,бассейн и лежаки их начинают двигать и шваброй мыть пол, слшымость 100%.Администрации нужно пересмотреть время уборки бассейна на крыше.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We booked two rooms since I was traveling with my mother, my aunt, and my daughter, and everything exceeded our expectations.

The staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help, making us feel at home throughout our stay.

One of our favorite parts was relaxing on the balcony while listening to the sound of the ocean waves. The rooftop infinity pool, sauna, and showers were the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. We also loved having the beautiful natural pools just steps away from the hotel.
Overall, it was an excellent experience

L'albergo è bello, in ottime condizioni, la stanza era grande e confortevole con una bella vista sul mare. era presente una macchina Nespresso, un bollitore e una bottiglia di acqua tutti i giorni, oltre a frigobar. Discreto il ristorante dell'hotel e quello vicino della stessa catena. Buona la prima colazione. Comoda la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto davanti all'hotel. Inoltre era consentito l'accesso gratuito allo stabilimento comunale delle piscine naturali presenti sotto l'albergo.

Non ho riscontrato nulla di particolarmente negativo.
