Pros:

The young female at the front desk was outstanding. We had trouble finding the parking lot for our campervan and it was close to her quitting time 10pm. She was so helpful and kind. I wish I remembered her name.

Enjoyable quick stay to catch up with family. Was a perfect location.
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. Close to a variety of eating places. Or you had a full kitchen if you wanted to do your own thing.

Customer service is outstanding by Mike and Skye
Pros:

Mike and skye, go out of their way to make you feel at home when you are are away from home. They ensure your room, parking and stay including Checkin make you want to come back. Their hospitality is second to none. They are an asset to the hotel and the main reason I return and stay for weeks at a time. Please pass on my thanks to them. Regards Anita

Sensational Stay at Quest
Pros:

I arrived & booked in slightly early, had a great room with an amazing view - and all the staff were really friendly & helpful. The location was brilliant and parking was easy. I will definitely be staying here again.

Was absolutely fantastic rooms were great and checking in and out was easy quick
Pros:

The rooms shower beds the seats the outdoor seating was worth the money been in the hotel twice and plan to stick with quest

Cons:

Only will say was hard to dry our towels in the dryer couldn’t seem to figure how to start it and the tv some channels wouldnt work at all and couldn’t watch Netflix which I think should be on there

Great location and value
Pros:

Location is excellent with the Breakfast Creek Hotel just across the road and the Thai Hilton restaurant 10 metres from the front door. The staff are fantastic and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and airy with good views no matter where you get positioned and the price is always fantastic whenever we stay there.
